Review 2：Location is near to train station, washo market, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Due to we need to depart early for our trip, we have informed and request for early breakfast via email after we make the reservation. They allowed us to have our breakfast 15 minutes before the actual breakfast time.

Review 4：The hotel really takes care of it's customers - from the extra amenities, to the complimentary breakfast & coffee, and the computer terminals and printer at the lobby for printing... The room is comfortable, and the staff really goes the extra mile to ensure that your stay is homely and pleasant.

Review 5：Location is good. Use the exit nearest to the bus terminal to get to the hotel. Staff is polite n check in was fast. Breakfast was good with a spead of Japanese n western food.

Review 6：It may require more than 15-min walk to restaruants unless pubs are what you are looking for. The room I booked was smaller than what I expected. Therefore it would be difficult to move around for two persons with two 28" suitcases.

And it's close to Toyota car rental center. Very convenience. The breakfast is good and it's much better than the same type of business hotel in Japan . And they serve tea and coffee during 3:00pm - 12:00 am

Review 13：Very close from the bus station. It's perfect for guys who lands late and who are waiting, for exemple, for a car rental at kushiro airport, the shuttle is very easy to take. Fast wifi, which is ont the case in dôme other hotels

We couldn't see the hotel signage cos we were so close to it haha, therefore if you ask for directions and show them the Japanese name of the hotel, most people can tell you where to go. Not a negative of the hotel but about Kushiro: buses aren't frequent. Do ask either the hotel staff, tourism info staff or bus station staff for very helpful info on best times for you. We were able to get by with communicating with our limited Japanese, English and actions ahha. One of the tourism information center staff can speak Mandarin

Review 15：Is right next to the bus stop where the airport bus drops you off; only 10-15min stroll to fisherman's wharf; 5min walk to Washo market; clean; only 6400yen per night for economy double room (it's a small room and bed but expected and was fine for us. If you need more bed space please invest in a bigger room). Simple breakfast was fine. Tip: Be careful of slippery icy paths when walking during winter.

When we wanted to park a rental car, the tower parking lot in the hotel was fully occupied. We were provided with another parking lot nearby with some expense of money. The breakfast that we could had for free was not bad.
