Review 1：I love this hotel, will go stay again, great price and location. Next morning I need to catch bus, and this hotel is next to bus station and train station, while I get to this hotel late at night, and super cold, but all i have to do is walk 200 feet and easy to find

Review 2：I love the breakfast of this hotel indeed. However, having tried the Breakfast of SuperHotel nearby, Surely, the breakfast is not as good as SuperHotel. But the rooms and other facilities are better than Super Hotel nearby.

Review 3：Close to the JR Station. I have stay there for 3 Nights Last Year alone. This time I stay in a twin room which is much bigger and have a small table for a night chat in our twin room with another another friend who stay in single room.

Review 6：The staff at the reception is not friendly nor helpful. Just to quote anexample. We were issued only one key( in the form of an electronic card)per room. When I wanted to go out for a drink at night and my wifewanted to retire to bed early in the room. I asked for an extra card sothat I need not have to disturb my wife from her sleep when I was backlate, the staff refused to issue me an extra card. This is quite commonin most Japanese hotels . They do not think of the customers' needsor requests . They are more concern about the hotel SOPs. When it comesto SOPs , they will not budge. Travelers pl take note. Delightingcustomers and exceeding customers' expectation is not in theirvocabulary. Following SoPs is more important.

Review 8：As the city was hosting a football meeting the rooms were more expensive than normal. That impacted on the length of my stay and I would have liked to stay in the city longer.
