Review 1：It was an older motel but the rooms have been well kept. it was nice and quiet with friendly service. The bowls club restaurant was available through room service which was a big plus.

Review 6：Loud neighbors and we couldn't order a hot breakfast - missed the cut off time to hand in order by half an hour. Staff would not except it. Breakfast was in 11 hours time.

Review 15：Room that we booked was a family room. The room was supposed to have one double bed, one single bed and a set of bunks. We were three 60 year old ladies travelling and our room was not as described. We had one double bed and a set of bunks. One of the ladies had to climb up onto the top bunk. We would not have booked this room if this is what we were going to get. Very disappointed.
Review 16：We experienced a lot of difficulty accessing the 'free' Wifi service. We tried a number of times during our stay but were not successful.
Review 17：The close proximity to the big supermarkets. This allowed us to easily purchase necessary food items for breakfast. Also having the Bowls club with a dine in facility next door meant that we didn't travel far for our evening meal. The meals were excellent and well priced.
Review 18：What was advertised is not what you get. The spa is in the bedroom. I thought expensive for what I got but will qualify that by saying it was their Steam Festival weekend. No mention on how to access the wifi

Review 34：Spa bath was IN the bedroom! After filling the spa and entering it, I turned the controls on and after a minute or so I noticed a brown scum forming at the corners of the tub where the jets of water converged. Took numerous tissues to remove the bath scum originating in water accumulated in the pipes of the spa and not cleaned out. Decided to shower instead!!

Review 40：The receptionist and a gentlemen that I spoke to over the phone about checking in late. Never have I ever had a problem checking in late any else around the world. And that it would be inconvenient to disturb the manager on duty at night. Sorry but your operation is a 24/7 business. A late night check in would be no difference than being awaken by a problem or noise issue by any of your guest. Maybe getting more knowledge on the events happening in the valley, it would be useful to have more information for you guest how to get to and from the hotel or surrounding areas.

Loud conversations and swearing do not make sweet dreams. Other guests had parked in our spot outside our room. They left at 4.45am. Large 4WD flood lights and a diesel engine make a loud alarm clock.

Review 54：Was going to hunter gardens next day, it was small distance drive from it and the motel was perfectly located. Pool was lovely for a quick dip in the hot mornin . Very nice lady behind the counter at reception. Gud aul chst from her . Room was smallish enough size but for one nites stay for too people it was perfect.
Review 55：Combined shampoo and conditioner....why do they continue to offer this stuff. A bit of noise due to renovations on the club behind the motel but this will not be ongoing and if you are inside with no open windows then you don't really notice it.
