Review 1：Need to put in higher wattage light bulbs. Rooms are dark.

Review 2：Just a few steps from main piazza of Piacenza, easy to explore the city. Staff very helpful, rooms clean and quiet.

Review 3：Staff were disinterested and grumpy. Went to the bar for a drink and was basically told to go away. Fitness facilities a joke. Sauna?. Couldn't find it. Wifi hook up a pain. Room dark. Charged E2.50 for a bottle of water.

Review 5：Very ugly building on the outside, (but quite beautiful inside). I got no WiFi in my room. The only place I could get it was in the bathroom, and I only discovered this a few minutes before I had to leave the next morning.

Review 7：Lukewarm reception from front desk. Truly terrifying underground garage not fit for a modern large family car - and we were not warned. They only admitted afterwards. Hotel staff smoke in the reception area and you notice it. Very moderate breakfast.

The staff were very helpful in providing train options to our next stop and were surprisingly aware of the Second World War family-related connection that we were researching.

Review 44：The Albergo Roma was convenient to everything in the historic center ,just steps away from the Piazza Cavalli and that was why I chose it even though it was a higher priced hotel than I usually choose. I think it was worth it though. The staff was great, friendly and so helpful with information. Nice clean room, comfortable beds effective air conditioning , nice rooftop view and we liked the breakfast selection and noticed that the staff remembered from day to day how we liked our coffee.

Review 45：Rooms are not sound proof. Service at restaurant should be improved, wine list was totally absent and very poor choice. Breakfast is not in tune with a 4 stars hotel.

Review 47：My room was facing the street and it was noisy till late in the night. Moreover the very noisy and metallic ventilation inside the bathroom spontaneouslt and suddenly started at 4:30 am and at 5:30 am woking me up and almost giving me an heart attack!!!
