Review 1：B&B Diana is the benchmark for all other B&Bs. The standards of everything at this property - cleanliness, comfort, service, location - are very high indeed. Anyone thinking about getting into the hospitality business should stay at B&B Diana and see how it is done. Señor Mario and his family were simply marvellous to deal with.

Review 2：Nothing! Only improvement would have been if it had on site parking but that wasn't feasible in the location and there was plenty of street parking plus a car park in easy walking distance.

Review 3：The provision of some drinks and food items for customers' use was a very pleasant surprise. The room was well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean. The location was great, central but the room was still quiet. The owner had almost no English but was really friendly and we managed to understand each other sufficiently. He and my husband even shared a joke - at my expense!

Review 4：Mario was exceptionally helpful. We had booked Al Fogher restaurant which is out of town and instead of arranging a taxi he drove us. He arranged for the restaurant to drive us home.There is a nice independent kitchen stocked with yoghurt, water,etc.Room scrupulously clean. Great coffee at Mario's bar for breakfast.

Review 5：The property is a 10 minute walk from the old town and traffic in the streets around is heavy, making driving and parking a bit difficult. Having said that, it is probably easier here than in the old town.

Review 6：This is a clean, well-appointed and beautifully decorated B&B (really an apartment with 4 independent bedrooms of different sizes and a great shared kitchen/diner; a great place to bring friends or family and take over the whole thing). The fridge and cupboards were well stocked with things to eat and drink. I assumed I would need to make my own breakfast, but no - a light but tasty breakfast was served in the cafe downstairs.The owner was very friendly and helpful. The price was very low, making the very good value.

Review 7：Mario is a very kind and talented man, who made our stay with him a real pleasure. He solved a worrying problem with regard to my door mirror striking that of a local shop keeper, who was trying to make much of little, and treated us to an espresso and glass of spirits to help calm us down. Very impressed.

Review 8：This place was good for a one night stay in Piazza Armerina. It is a moderate walk along some busy streets to the old town, but if you have a car I would rather stay here than try to navigate in the old city. The room finishings are very new and everything was clean. As others have noted, the owner and staff seem to know only Italian, so be prepared for that.

Review 12：From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The owner went out of his way to make sure we eat at a good restaurant, had worry-free parking and set us on the right road for visiting the Villa Romana the next morning.

Review 13：It was easy to book and find this B&B and it is very close to the bus drop-off in the center of town. When passing through to visit the Villa Romana del Casale, this is a great option, especially if you are driving as the Villa is outside of town. The decor of this B&B is lovely, the beds are very comfy, it's quiet even though it is in the center of the newer part of town and the showers are the best. For breakfast you simply go downstairs to the cafe and they serve whatever you coffee and breakfast. It's a family operation and everyone was very nice.
