Review 2：Friendly and welcoming staff, Clean and tidy room with a view of Bellagio, very tasty served breakfast. Accompanying restaurant with lakeside tables though necessary to book early..
Review 3：I have stayed in better hostels for a lot less. The bathroom was so small we could barely fit in it! Staff only spoke Italian. Breakfast very basic- bread roll and croissant. Lots of road noise and drunk teenagers at the bar outside until 2am.

Review 5：Was there solo, one night for a wedding next door. Nice, clean and basic accommodation. Very friendly staff. Sadly I did not get to sample the food as I was too hungover to contemplate eating.

An attractive restaurant (although we didn't use it) and choice of other restaurants locally (which we did use). The largest towels on our trip (even though the bathroom was the smallest).

Review 9：A small, but very old, renovated hotel, in superb lactation near to everything you will want to see, and opposite the gorgeous lake and ferry stop, and bus stop. Restaurant is wonderful, a lovely selection of breakfast served to our table with lovely china and tablecloth, also the evening chef is very talented. Food was delightful! Staff were also very nice and helpful.
Review 10：The rooms are found on the restaurant. The restaurant is very well kept but the rooms and the corridors needs a big refurbishment. The rooms are very small but mostly impressed by the doors since they seem to date from 1800 and we never managed to open the door as the key continued to turn and turn without opening the door. It doesn't feel secure with these type of doors. The bathroom is designed for midgets, and very uncomfortable to use it. The beds are very old and make a noise as soon as you move. Also rooms doesn't have any a/c and room temperature was quite cold during the night. We have only stayed for two nights in this hotel and i wouldn't suggest a long holiday in this hotel.
Review 11：Staff is very friendly. Location is very good and easy to find as it is located on the lake. Breakfast is also good and it is served on the terrace with a very nice view on the lake.

Review 24：A room is too cold. A heater was on, but it's not radiated to the air. Thus, you can dry your wet socks on that, but air temperature is killing freezing. Body sensible temperature is -15 celcius degree, although you've got a thick blanket, which doesn't help. More than that, in the night time, somebody (drunken?) hit the hotel door very violently, accordingly a dog is barking fiercely. Since travelers don't know a policeman number, we can't do anything. Reception was closed due to a holiday. Because this hotel is run together with a bar selling alcohol, there are some male customers watching your check-in scene. They are next to each other.
Review 25：it's very straightforward to find a hotel, but it's not 100 meter away, as like booking.com information. but just 1 km far from the ferry port coming from Bellagio. there are hair cap, shampoo, body gel, soap, a cup for brushing teeth in a small bath room, enough bath towel.
Review 26：Rooms were too small and very basic. Bathroom was extremely small - so much so that it was impossible to have a proper shower which was over a bath not but bigger than a kitchen sink!!

Review 29：The hotel was located right on the lakeside, in the middle of Tremezzo and had a lakeside dining terrace and also a small garden. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were really helpful & friendly. The food was very good and the hotel was brilliant value for money.
