Review 2：Love the location which is very near to Shimizu Jr station. The hotel is pretty new and it's very clean. Thoughtful to provide gift pack for the lady and baby. Very near to the Shimizu market whereby there's loads of nice fresh seafood restaurants for lunch or dinner!

Review 3：There's nothing that I don't about the hotel. Just that the shops along the shopping close rather early when I was there in Nov'15. And there was nothing much to see.

Review 4：The hotel was a very near walk from the Shimizu station. Room was really comfortable and clean. I like the concept of separating the shower and toilet area. My daughter and myself really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. I was lucky to have met the hotel manager, Mr Uchimura, who spoke very good English made us felt so welcome.

Review 5：Close to the station, in a little neighborhood full of restaurants and close to the fish market. You can rent bikes in many places around the hotel and that gives you a nice trip to the beach with the pine trees (miho no matsubara)

Review 6：This is to be expected in a business hotel, so on occasion, you do smell cigarette smoke. Our floor was non-smoking, so it was fine, but sometimes the elevator (after stopping on a smoking floor) would smell of cigarettes.

Review 7：Staff was extremely courteous. I have a 7 year old with egg allergies and when I mentioned this to the wait staff during breakfast, they made an egg free plate for him without even me asking for it... very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and much more spacious than expected for a business hotel. Very short walk (~200 meters) from the train station. Was not an issue toting small children and luggage. Overall, a very good deal for the money.

Review 8：Unfortunately Shimizu (where the hotel is located) is not a particularly tourist friendly area. We had booked at the last minute hoping to use it as a base for exploring the area but didn't realize that a car would be needed to access pretty much any of the areas we were interested in (Mt Fuji, Miho Beach). Everything about the hotel itself was lovely, but we did get quite a few gawking townspeople staring at us as we explored the area around the hotel. There was a small shopping area but it looked like many of the shops were permanently closed/out of business. We ended up hopping on the Shinkansen for a day trip into Kyoto instead of staying in the area.

Review 9：Very large rooms for Japan, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bed was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was cheap and delicious, though more Japanese than western (no pastries/cereal/eggs). The did have a delicious curry for breakfast both days we were there. Staff was friendly, helpful and had excellent English skills.

Review 10：As I remember that my original reservation was non-smoking floor, but we got smoking floor when arriving and the air was not good with tabacco smell.

Review 12：In my room shower cabin and toilet were separated and washing bowl was in the room. The washing bowl itself was very shallow and it was difficult to put hands under tap.

Review 13：Verz close to the station Shimizu, which is about 10 minutes bz train from Shiyuoka. Good option when hotels in Shiyuoka are full.

Review 18：We stayed overnight and was greeted by friendly staff who gave us complimentary toiletries in addition to what was already in our bathroom and a kids pack for our son. The room we stayed in was very modern and clean and bed was very comfortable. We liked the fact that the toilet was seperate from our bathroom. The carpark was ¥1000 yen per day which we thought was reasonable as it was right outside the hotel facility. We highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, modern clean and new facilities.
