Review 1：No buffet breakfast. Receptionist not warm welcome the guest. We request queen bed but they give us two single bed. Reason rejected, fully occupied.

Review 2：Breakfast!!!. Almost similar food ever morning. Fried food was very oily and cause us stomach discomfort. On second & 3rd day putting us with a bunch of student was very distasteful. Did not have any privacy because we have to eat at a table of 10. No notice was place at the restaurant entrance informing that breakfast was downstairs.

View from balcony blocked by primula resort but it's a minor issue (30% view blocked). I didn't try the breakfast and pool so can't complaint much.

Review 11：I like the set up of the standard room. Bathroom very spacious. But whatever we request apart from what was already in the room e.g. extra towel or pillow are all chargeable. I was so surprised. Its like the tune hotel concept. I am very impressed indeed with the security guard. Very friendly, polite and curteous. He went beyond his job scope to help..syabas!

Review 67：I didn't notice that I left my wedding ring in bathroom on the check-out day. I just remember the things when I'm at home at 12 midnight. Next day, I made a call to Sumai and ask about that, the reception gave me full cooperation and follow up with housekeeping. They said that they found my wedding ring safely. Credit to the honest housekeeping staff. I will come back to Sumai when I travel to Kuala Terengganu.

Review 70：1-I have booked for 6 people but the complimentary for breakfast only avaiable for 4 people. 2- my family have to transfer apartment twice because of the aircond failure and bed broken. 3- we have to wait until 11pm for the staff to check the good condition room, we have to move our thing around by ourselves. I was carrying sleeping baby while moving, there was no help provided even though its totally their failure. 4- the staff is unfriendly which no attitude of apologizing even though it is their failure. We have come to rest with family and it end up with arguing with staff.

This detail was notclearly stated in web page. I should take legal action on this matterlater. Floor was dirty and sticky the first day we arrived in theapartment. Parking very limited, in peak season not enough space.
