Review 1：very near the shinkansen exit and have direct access to the convenience store. BIG ROOM, very clean. the best hotel i've stayed in Japan for that price

Review 3：Nice hotel with helpful staff and excellent service. She helped us to reserve the bus ticket to Kawaguchigo and process for payment at 7 -11 shop under the hotel. Moreover, they allow us deposit the luggage overnight. Very recommend to stay here.

Review 4：Staff at the front desk was very helpfull - due to delay of the plane we arrived to hotel... in the morning after we were booked - they let us stay till 2 pm to have some rest. Breakfast - wide choice and very good.

Review 5：Location of the hotel, the staff is great and helpful. We were around 5-8 occidental peoples coming for a conference in Shizuoka. It seems that this hotel was not so familiar with foreign peoples because the coffee machin for breakfast was written in Japanese characters only. The second day of our stay, the machin indications were translated in English. Very efficient staff. The bed were confortable and room fully equipped including wifi. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Review 6：Some policy of your hotel, for example, even a bit earlier check-in or late check-out incurs cost. The most ridiculous event is an attempt to charge broken key card. For broken key card, it is the key card problem (hotels should make sure it is durable), not the guest problem. I have traveled to many countries and enjoyed many hotel services, no hotel will charge even lost key card. You can do a research to compare.

Review 7：Your front line staff are very helpful, especially Ms. Yamagami, who helped me to get back my bag which was accidentally left behind in the bullet train, all the way until the bag was found, with sheer professionalism displayed.
