Review 1：A little noisy from the street traffic in the morning but earplugs did the trick. This is not a fault of the hotel
Review 2：We were greeted by a very friendly lady and checked in quickly and easily. She gave us a map and explained where things were. This hotel has history, and is very quaint. Its very old and is very charming, yet has modern facilities. Our room had a great view of the canal. We loved the heated towel rail in the bathroom. It had a kitchenette if you wanted to cook something, and even a dishwasher. It was warm and very cosy and inviting. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast, and when we arrived in the cafe area, the table was set up for 2, with so much food cooked and prepared just for us. We only stayed one night, We could have easily stayed longer, and I would recommend this hotel. As we were checking out, the girl told us we could leave our car in the free parking area at the back of the hotel as we wanted to go to some shops before we left. Only a short walk to the center of town. Very comfortable and great service!
