Review 1：Very clean, comfort and quite place with garden and enough space for parking. Staff is keen to help with travel advise. We were happy, that we picked this place to stay, because it was an excelent choice which perfectly suits our needs of our travel with our little daughter.
Review 2：We fell in love with this hotel! There are really comfortable rooms, and kitchen has all nesessary things for cooking. Rooms are very big. The town is not big, so everything is close located. There are two Supermarkets near hotel. The personnel is very frendly and helpful, and, what is rare for Italy, fluently speaks English.
Review 3：- very kindly and helpful staff (every morning we got a tip about a new beach) - breakfast was delicious - free rent of umbrellas (for forgetful travelers) - pefect room facilities (fridge with freezer, ventilator in each room, balcony) - beautiful surroundings

Review 6：Good, well equipped, clean and spacious two bed split level flat. The building is situated on the outskirts of the small town, and there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk. Ivan was really helpful and offered us another apartment to use on our last day.
Review 7：Not that it's really important but there was no wifi in the room. Can be a downside for some people who are addicted to their phones. But was a plus for us. Gave us time to relax. Wifi is available at the lobby.

Review 9：We actually booked the studio but as we came in off-season we were upgraded to a 2-Bedroom Apartment with amazing view of the island Tavolara. It was clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even water and juice in the fridge when we arrived. Ivan, the owner was very helpful, pointed us the best restaurants out and drove us to a beautiful beach. On the day of departure we missed our bus and called him to ask for a taxi phone number. Instead of giving us one, he brought us to the airport. We had a fanstatic time and will come back when in Sardinia.

Review 17：We liked everything. The five minute drive to the lovely beach of Porto Taverna to the relaxed surroundings of our apartment. We would highly recommend this and will definitely rerturn. Ivan and his wife have just started a breakfast in their new cafe area. Please try this and also his wife's delicious cake.
Review 18：My boyfriend and I had a brilliant time at residence la Rosa. It has been the best place we have stayed in Sardinia by far. Ivan went out of his way to ensure we had a great time in san Paolo, even driving us to a great restaurant and to Porto estana to go to the beach. The appartment we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and fully equipped for cooking. We could not have asked for more! The reviews on trip advisor speak for themselves.
