Review 1：The staff in La Darsena hotel are helpful, the location is perfect close to everything you need to see and visit. Very quite and romantic, I recommend the restaurant too they have a delicious food.

Review 3：The hotel is located right on Lake Como so the view of the lake is uninterrupted. The staff were extremely helpful. The wifi was absolutely was excellent.

Review 4：Tremezzo is a very small town, and especially at off-season there is nothing to do. Almost all bars and restaurants were closed. So to see or do something, you have to go to Bellagio, Como or Varenna which are very close with the Ferry. But La Darsena was the best located Hotel we have ever seen at Lake Como. I highly recommend it.

Review 5：The location of the Hotel and our room just over Lake Como with a great wiev of the lake and Ballagio were perfect. The staff is very friendly. Our room was clean and well decorated. The bathroom was modern. The Restaurant has a great lake wiev. Breakfast was included and was not perfect and not bad; just average.

To be honest I don't know if that's the hotel's fault or Booking's, but either way we didn't make a big deal out of it. Overall this is a very nice hotel, but in my view ot doesn't justify the price.

THERE IS A LITTLE TO DO IN TREMEZZO AT EVENING TIME AND NIGHT.

Review 21：The mattress was a bit thin and dented slightly in the middle. Not a big issue but our room could have done with a mattress upgrade to have an even better sleep.

Review 22：Lovely crew that runs La Darsena. You feel home right away. From breakfast till late dinner. The super friendly smiley crew is there to cater your needs. It's actually the same crew. You wonder how they stay this positive since they must hardly get any sleep....

Must try their sorbet dessert, three flavored good by their self but mind blowing when tried together. I could eat the lime and raspberry every day for the rest of my life!

Review 27：Not a lot wrong here. Minor niggles, the bed was twins pushed together. Very comfortable and only a problem for me as I'm 6'2'' and like to lie diagonally across the bed. May be different in the other rooms.

Review 28：We stayed here for 2 weeks for our honeymoon. The staff are lovely and made every effort to make us feel welcome and make our stay enjoyable. The view and locations are lovely, the room was clean and the cleaning lady was most accommodating (even on a couple of occasions when we didn't get out of bed and leave until about midday and returned about an hour later :-S... still she somehow managed to clean our room!). Spend some time here, you won't regret it.

Review 36：This was our first trip to Europe and we were so lucky Hotel La Darsena was part of our experience. An absolute gem in lovely Tremezzo with stunning views over the lake and mountains. We loved our room, it was a good size, spotlessly clean and even though we had a street view we were not disappointed. The dining restaurant was superb in terms of food, service from the lovely staff and views to die for. Very well located on the lake and 5min from the beautiful Villa Carlotta and ferry/bus stops. It was the best hotel during our 4 week trip in Europe and we loved our stay there.

Review 42：We asked for a room with a view of the lake and paid extra for it. We got a room in the attic where the window was so very small. I had to stand on my toes to look out of it. If I had known I would have stipulated a room with opening doors on to a balcony.

Review 50：We had an attic room. No balcony, but great views of lake from window. Spacious, modern and clean. And quiet despite busy road to rear. We dined at the hotel in the evening. For the money one of the best meals of our lives. Seriously! We went for the set menu. €40. Started with veal wrapped around a tuna mousse, then followed by red pepper rissotto, breast of guinea fowl, with tiramisu the end. I have eaten at Michelin-starred restaurants and none were as good. Period!
