Review 1：Elevators very dirty. Strange smell in parking area. No desk services for answering travel questions.

Review 2：Very clean room. Nice to have kitchen area. Hosts were responsive by email and text. Free parking. Central location convenient to markets, textile boutiques, museums, bus/taxied, and other services.

Review 5：The wifi is lousy as sometimes there is no signal. The tv channel not so good. Parking is behind the hotel so a bit inconvenient.

Review 6：Very easy to get some food because there are lots of hawker stalls nearby as well as restaurant. Facilities are good as they include hair dryer, ironing board, dry iron, basic bathroom necessities and prayer mat as well.

Review 21：Room smells of tobacco. The hotel has no policy on non-smoking. It even provides an ash tray in the room. It should at least have several non-smoking floors. Students tgat came on special package were noisy. They talk loudly on corridors even after 11 pm. This somehow disturbed our sleep. The Management should forewarn the students to observe certain unwritten rules when staying in a hotel.

Review 22：the carpark very tight difficult to manoeuvre when reverse park.Staff chose to tidy room when we are in, not when we are out the whole morning.

I only noticed this when it was time to check out - the RM120 room suddenly turned into a RM139 room. There's this interesting sign outside the lobby, too, which was advertising rooms for RM79 (early bird special). 4) Area immediately around the hotel was on the dingy side, as were the hallways. Anyhow, once you get into the room all is OK again.... ;)

Review 87：The room was great, clean, good size. They're in the middle of renovating the property, this was essentially a new room. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a fridge in the room, too. Payang Market is just a couple blocks away.

The unrenovated room the window panel broken lock..you can pushwith hand it will swing open..not suitable with family with small kids.If you have kids better ask for the newly renovated room for security.
