Review 1：Swimming pool relatively small. WIFI only near pool, not in apartment.

Review 3：The lovely friendly owner Grazzia only speaks a little English, and we do not speak Italian, so it was not really possible for us to ask detailed questions about places to visit or restaurants, but we managed to figure it out between us, so in the end it was never a problem. Porto San Paolo is a fairly quiet resort so having a car is helpful to find a wider choice of restaurants.
Review 4：Villa Del Poggio was very comfortable and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The villa is in an elevated location with amazing views over Porto San Paolo and Tavolara island, and there was often a lovely cool breeze due to its position. The room we had was spacious with plenty of room to unpack, the aircon was effective, and everything was very clean. It was only a 0.5 mile walk down into town where there were a couple of restaurants, a lovely gelateria and supermarkets. We had a hire car and enjoyed exploring all the beautiful beaches along this stretch of the coastline.
Review 5：The room was too warm for us. During the day the air conditioner was not cool enough and we were told not to use the air conditioner at night as it would be noisy outside. At night it was actually quite cool and breezy outside the apartment. We opened all the windows and doors but it was still too hot in the room. When we went to sleep we had to lock the doors, we have two young children, so it was quite warm during the night. Shame that the beautiful kitchenette was not made available for cooking. The apartment was shown as a B&B and not self-catering so I should have know.
Review 6：The room was very clean and spacious and decorated modernly. It had a strong shower and good sized fridge. There was covered parking and the pool was very clean. The view from our room and the pool was breath-taking and the location was great for visiting beaches in the area. Supermarkets and restaurants were in close vicinity by car, with Olbia airport less than 20 minutes away. Breakfast by the pool was very nice and look out for a delicious cake. Some tortoises wandering around in the garden which made it very special for my boys.

Review 9：This was simply the best self-catering accommodation I have ever stayed in. The villa itself is only a year old and is immaculate. It's very spacious and beautifully finished throughout. As others have said, the pictures really don't do it justice. The kitchen is fully equipped and although we only used it for a couple of meals, we had all we needed. There is a full size fridge/freezer too so plenty of space for supplies.There are separate air-con units in the bedroom and living rooms. They are quiet and very efficient.The villa is set at the front of the property with plenty of outdoor space including comfy cane chairs and sofa with a small table - perfect for sitting and reading or just admiring the amazing views. There is also an outdoor table and chairs and 2 loungers. If that isn't enough you wander up the to the main house behind the villa (a path runs across the gardens for your convenience) to the lovely pool - with even more impressive views. Breakfast is also included and you have this with the main house B&B guests on the terrace by the pool. We took full advantage of this added bonus as it was lovely to meet the other guests and sit with a coffee, pastry, fruit etc while planning the days adventures.From the Villa it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the main road through Porto San Paolo and maybe another 10 at most to get the the sea front. There are a range of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. (Some were closed for the season when we were there during the last week of September, but still enough choice.)There's also a good supermarket, a bank and pharmacy.Porto San Paolo is definitely more low-key than neighbouring towns/resorts, but we liked it for that. We were still able to book a boat trip from here and also rented a small inflatable boat for half a day (cheaper than anywhere else we saw them).I would recommend having a hire car as exploring is much easier then.
Review 10：It is advisable to rent a car from the airport even though there is a local bus connection to Porto San Paolo from the airport.
Review 11：Well equipped, spacious and stylishly furnished appartment with nice terrace areas and cooking facilities. A beautiful garden and pool area with a stunning view to the mediterranean sea. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful providing information of the beaches and sights nearby, shopping facilities and others. Nice breakfast with home made jams and croissants, yoghurt and fruit. Located only 15-20 minutes away from the Olbia airport. Perfect place to spend a memorable holiday in Sardinia.

Spotlesslyclean,stylishly furnished and well equipped.We were lucky to have 3 daysof hot sun and cloudless skies and the pool to ourselves. Simplebreakfast with yoghurt, home made jams and breads served outdoors .It's an easy 5 min walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurantand another 10mins onto the port area of town where there is as smallbeach. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming and nothing wastoo much trouble. They drove us (for a few euros) to a fabulous beach afew miles away and to the airport at the end of our stay.
