Review 1：We stayed at a Charming Venice Apt. There were 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The apt was clean. The staff at Hotel Bazzoni were helpful, took us to our apartment and carried the heavy luggage up 3 or 4 flights of stairs. I wanted to be in the middle of everything and that we were. Around a 3 minutes walk to St. Mark's square. I would stay there again.

Review 2：The view from the room was absolutely magnificent! The staff were extremely helpful and the location is ideal to get the ferry service as well as access restaurants.

Review 3：general lounge area furnishings poor and uncomfortable in need of repair. bar area no snacks e.g. biscuits with tea or coffee. wi fi temperamental and frustrating. bed cover heavy and in need of replacing. peculiar smell in reception area.

Review 4：view from dining room breakfast varied en suite very satisfactory and clean. very reasonable for money for one or two night stay MAX, not comfortable enough for longer stay. good position for boat travel.

Review 5：Whole place is very run down. The pool was at the back of the hotel, small and uninviting. As for he sun deck - it was again out the back and just a concrete terrace with no attempt to make it nice - although it had a very limited lake view the gardens around were nice - a bit of effort could have made it nice.

Review 10：Staff as always in Italy very helpful . Selection of foods for breakfast was good (didn't try lunch or dinner). Mini bar had good selection and reasonably priced. Rooms cool and comfortable. Lovely gardens and pool and don't make you wear a swimming cap :-) . Fabulous position on the lake lots of bars restaurants, shops next to hotel, and more in the vicinity. Boat,Bus and Trombetta stop right outside. So many little villages to explore along the lake and around the other sides.

Review 11：The swimming pool and its surroundings were a bit neglected. These places and the terrace to sunbathe could be fantastic because of their location if they were really paid more attention.

Review 19：We changed rooms during our holiday. The first room was uncomfortable as the aircon unit was situated in the wrong place to work effectively. The restaurant prices are too expensive for families and only offer a set menu instead of being able to choose items from a menu.

Review 20：The location of this hotel is excellent. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide range of items to choose from. The swimming pool area and surrounding gardens are beautiful. The lake view from our room was simply stunning.

Review 21：Booked a quadruple room and were given a 3p room with foldable extra bed leaving very little moving space. When confronting staff with website pictures they dismissed them as being wrong. Very old building and outdated facilities.

Review 27：After I booked the hotel on bookings.com it told me that there was no parking so when we showed up my husband had to park the car down the street at a botanical gardens, the wifi did not work at all for us- we have an Italian number so not a big deal but it would have been otherwise, the biggest issue was that the night we arrived with our 2 young kids we found out the air was broken on our floor. The hotel desk staff absolutely knew this when we checked in but they did not tell us nor did they provide another option until pressed. The gentleman did give me the office fan but it was so hot.

Review 28：The dining staff was so friendly, the pool and terrace area was refreshing, the breakfast was great variety, the location was really nice for first time visitors, the hotel is well inhabited with tours so there were lots of great people, the location was close to water transportation if you didn't have a car and we even enjoyed their dinner one evening.

Review 29：Not worth it for the cost of the room for a 3 star old hotel. The Air Conditioner was not working at 34 degrees outside. We had to leave the hotel and look for something else. Furniture quite old and dirty, small bathroom, strange smell.

First they that they had no other room, then we got two rromswhich coulnd not be accepted as double bed room but rather one bed room.The responsible persons never excused, had an awful tone and didn´ttransferred the infos from one shift to the next so that we had toexpress three times why we were not content and wanted to quit earlier.The breakfast was awful.

Review 110：I was very impressed with the receptionists Alexandra and Valentina. They were very pleasant and helpful to me. I thought the dinners at the hotel were good, especially the desserts. The servers in the restaurant were great and hard workers. I think the hotel was well located to the Ferry, with a bank in front, the post office and the tourist office. The Villa Carlotta was walking distance from the hotel and I enjoyed a piano recital there on a Friday night. Tremezzo is centrally located in Lake Como. The rooms were adequate - not at all fancy. The housekeepers did a good job keeping the room clean. The towels were nice and the bed was comfortable.
