Review 1：I fought mosquitos all night long. Kitchen sounds are a real problem in room number 4. Downstairs toilet took a beating from other guests. Having no staff around has its down sides.

Review 7：My room was quite warm with the radiator at the lowest setting. Noisy and disrespectful guests arrived my second night, perhaps house behavior rules could have been made more clear. Location would be difficult to get to without a bike or car. Coffee machine stopped working my second morning.
Review 8：Josie greeted me and allowed me to enter my room hours before check in. Wifi was great in the entire house and everything was extremely clean. Procedures were well organized. Very modern bathroom and television. Minibar with reasonable prices.
Review 9：Everything was fine, but I would recommend those who can't climb steep stairs to ask for the downstairs room.
Review 10：Good location; very pretty B&B. Fantastic breakfast and good facilities for self-catering also. Lovely courtyard at the back for relaxing durig the day. The coded entry instead of a key is also very convenient. This was my second visit, this time with an aged parent, who also enjoyed the facilities, and we would always want to come again.
Review 11：The B&B is located somewhat out of the center. You either have to take a taxi from the bus/train station if you have luggages. If you bought an OV chipcard you can take the city bus.

Review 13：We were given the room up on the attic, horrible stairs and you can barley stand straight due to the roof pitches. ( I booked the room 2 month in advance) I called the owner expressing my frustration and explaining that the room I booked on booking.com did not indicate that it would be in the attic. She explained that they gave us an upgrade to a nicer+ bigger room and that there is nothing she could do for us. However, when I mentioned that I had a second reservation for another room for the next day she said she would call me back. So basically, she offered us to move to the other room the next day and my friend since he was travelling by himself could stay in the room upstairs. That being said, on the next day they were cleaning the other rooms and we could peak in there and basically there gave us the smallest room in the entire Bed & Breakfast! As I am working in the hospitality industry myself, I am usually not complaining but that was unacceptable ! Besides that, the owner is not around and the street is noise. On the plus side the Bed and Breakfast is clean. Nevertheless, I can not recommend staying there or at least make sure you do not get the room in the attic!

Review 24：5 rooms for 1-2 (3?) people each and then ONE bathroom to share, with the one toilet inside! In the morning I could not take a shower or go to the toilet because it was occupied all the time. Also, very noisy. There is no isolation at all; I woke up a few times in the night when the other guests came home, and the traffic noise is also very loud. There were bugs inside, that came through the open window. For a b&b the place is ok, but I have seen much better. Since the hosts do not live in the b&b, it is more like a little hotel, but then the shower facilities are realy below standard. I was disappointed after the ratings that I had seen on booking.com

Review 26：I didn't feel like it was obvious that there was a shared bathroom. I was surprised and disappointed when I got there to discover that but it was written in the description of the place but not clearly written beside the price of the room like it is for other B&B's. However, I must say that the cozy atmosphere made up for the shared bathroom. I also never had any issues in the use of the bathroom in the sense of it being occupied when I needed it.So despite this issue that bothered me up front, I would say that I would stay here again. It ended up being a non-issue for me.
Review 27：Cozy atmosphere, easy access to the B&B, no restrictions on time of arrival, good communication with staff via email. I really, really felt relaxed returning to the B&B after a hard day at work in Leeuwarden. Great value for the money!

Because of the steepness of thestaircase carrying a heavy suitcase upstairs or downstairs wasdangerous. The staircase railing was shoddy and unsafe. Maybe becausethere were no person in attendance there were cameras everywhere in thehouse. It felt like a prison! Also, since I don't travel with aphone, I was not told that I needed a code to get back in the house,therefore I had to ask the neighbours and call the absent owner of theB&B. It took a while before I received a reply. The bathrooms wereall shared bathrooms and all the size of postage stamps. The directionsto the B&B were not very clear, and it was further to walk than inthe description.
