Review 1：Quite a distance from the shopping area. To get to the next JR station is at least an hour's ride and not many services in a day.

Review 2：Near the Kushiro JR Station. Shuttle service to Kushiro Airport is just opposite the hotel. Nice view from our hotel room.

Review 3：The room with tatami area is too small for 3 persons. For the additional bed, you will have to make it up yourself at night. The staff should inform us about this when checking in.

Review 5：Pleasantly surprised to see that this is a first class facility. Excellent value for money. Excellent location. Great room. Had breakfast in the restaurant and it was a real treat.

Review 6：stay at a twin room, the carpet is dirty and "smelly", quite disappointing. Not expected a hotel of this quality cannot clean the carpet. The room is rectangular shape, it stuffs two beds against the two side of walls and leave a narrow passage for two room guests to walk in between.

Review 7：There is a wide range of food in breakfast, good quality. The room is facing the bridge and has a nice view. Room is clean except the smelly carpet.

Review 14：The hotel is opposite one of the common sites for shopping and eating. There is a hot spring on the top floor and a lobby outside that allows you a beautiful view of the night sky and free yoghurt drink. There is free washing machine in the hot spring and its 100 Yen for drying though if you have more clothes you may need more than one round for the washing. Enjoyed the short stay in the hotel
