Review 1：The room according to the climate was very humid and little smelly. They should do something to prevent future mould.Except that everything was great.

Review 2：Staff was amazing.The owner was very helpful . The atmosphere in the guesthouse was great. Bike rental is possible.Terrace at the room was very comfy.

Review 3：The rooms had damp and so our wet clothes and towels never really dried. We ran out of toilet paper and didn't get a chance to get some more from he hotel and so had to use our own.

Review 4：Value for money is very good, so cheap. The communal/breakfast area was nice. By far the best part of the stay was the hosts. They were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms are nice and simple and had everything we need. It was pretty good for the price. Breakfast was perfect for me, omelette and hotdog with toast and jam and then rotti on the last day. If you don't like this then there's not much else.

Review 5：The owners of the place were really nice. We stayed for 2 days and borrowed bikes for free to bike around the temple site along with a map that the owners had provided.

Review 6：The facility is basis but absolutely comfortable and clean. They are absolutely deserved full score. Because the lovely young couple owner of T&T are super warmth and kind. We felt safe to stay here, at night the surrounding indeed is quiet and tranquil. we all were very happy and the breakfast was super lavish. give their vegetarian soup a try , it is really yummy.thumb up!!

Review 7：A little far from the places of interest in Anuradhapura- but this seems to be common across most guesthouses. Wifi signal weak from rooms.

Review 8：Lovely staff/ owner. Bike hire reasonable (350 rupees per day). Rooms are spacious and clean and have aircon.

Review 9：The room was super basic and a little run down, also there was fungus on the walls. Some 5-10$ homestays offer nicer rooms (I paid something around 28$ per night). There was no wifi in the room, which didn't really matter as the wifi was unusably slow (I rather used my local sim-card). The place is quite far from the town and the historical sites, which would be ok if it therefor were quiet BUT: This was the noisiest place I stayed in all of Sri Lanka. There are "wild" dogs living in the area and they bark or even worse howl all through the night, it was almost hilarious how loud it was. You could also hear everything from the other rooms, especially the toilets. Then in the middle of the night some guys from the hotel started to have a super loud conversation outside. Very annoying, can't remember leaving a hotel this tired. The food was okay but below average. Overall this hotel is heavily overpriced.

Review 10：The hosts were very nice, picked me up from the bus station, brought me back to the bus station when I left, always had a smile on their faces and made me feel very welcome. Also I could postpone my booking by one day without any extra charge, as I had made a mistake with the date.

Review 12：Young and very charming couple runs this new hotel.Room was clean and cozy. I arrived here at night but they welcomed me with sweet smile and tasty fresh fruits juice.I got relaxed during whole my stay and enjoyed chatting with them so much as first Asian(except local people) visitor here;-)

Review 13：The owners, T & T, were so lovely and welcoming and went the extra mile for us - putting mosquito oil by my feet in the evening when I was siting outside, welcome drink, driving us into town for supper. At the moment T&T is under construction so is a bit of a building site, but we still liked our room and it will be super nice when it's completed

Review 14：The hotel is a bit far from the buststation/city centre. We walked it, but in 34 degrees c, this is not recommendable (we got a ride from our host on our way back! thanks again for that!!)

Review 15：Great hosts running this hotel, with great plans for the future. While we were staying there, all the rooms were fitted with AC (ours was just a fan at the time, bit warm at night). great dinner, fantastic breakfast. Bikes are available to explore the city, and the hosts are extremely welcoming and helpful (map of the city, tips on where to go and how to get there). We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying for a couple of nights.

Review 17：Breakfast is good, nice room, but when is raining, we have a water in room, because the hotel is under reconstruction, but for this money, its very ok. Private bathroom was clean, good location.

Review 18：The room is quite hot during night time and it would be better to have a mosquito net to have the possibility to open the window for having a fresh breeze.

Review 19：The bikes offered by our hosts were very handy for exploring the city. Much better than by foot as the distances of the different temples are quite far. The hosts were very friendly and we were happy that the owner drove us to the bus station in the city by car for free. We liked the fresh juices included in the breakfast. It was a bit noisy during the day because of some ongoing constructions, but they didn't bother us as a lot. I think they should be finished soon. The room and the bathroom were clean.

Review 20：This is the perfect place to experience the best of Sri Lanka's hospitality. The owners are just the sweetest couple that you can imagine who not only go the extra mile to arrange everything that you need but they also do so with an extreme kindness. The rooms are basic but sufficient, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and the portions are soooo big that you will not be able to finish :D Great value for the price!
