Opened in July 2012, Residence Ataras is located in the centre of Porto San Paolo and offers modern apartments with terrace and wooden furniture. The seaside is 1,950 feet away.

Review 1：For me, the matress was miserable. Partner didn't find it that bad. No detergent for washing clothes, no dishwasher/dishwashing detergent and just one roll of toilet paper. Also no soap. Don't forget to bring that stuff, otherwise you have to buy big packages.
Review 2：Wonderful Apartment. Very clean, comfortable and a lot of space. We had an apartment with terrace in the backyard and it was quite calm there. Apartment is new and perfectly equipped with almost everything you need: washing machine, oven, dish washer, espresso cooker and even a flat iron and a deepfreezer. The Kitchen is really well equipped too: There's really almost everything you need to cook a great meal, so no need to bring your own cheese grater. A supermarket and a bank are really close as well as a few decent restaurants (we can recommend "Cala Junco" or "Il Portolano" for exception). We also got towels and bed linen (although only sheets, but we're talking about southern europe). There's WiFi and a TV set. We had no problems in finding parking space either. Staff is really friendly and obliging. Communication in english was difficult, but talking with hand and feet worked well ;-). Also a big plus: The hotel provides free sunbeds and umbrellas at Lu Impostu beach, about 8km from Porto San Paolo. Lu Impostu is a really beautiful beach, suitable for families as well as relaxation seekers.
Review 3：You need to accept some noise or sounds of cars because of location nearby main street of the town. (but we do not care about that)
Review 4：We came back again this year here following the last year since the experience in this apartment was so nice. New and clean, and especially nice staff. Location is perfect for people who has no car; nearest supermarket is 1 min and fresh fish shop is 5 min on foot etc. You can use free bicycle and only 5 min to beach on the straight street with extreme pleasant wind.
Review 5：Great apartament. Plenty of space and big balcony especially on the top floor apartament which we had. Very helpfull staff. Location is perfect for self catering - restaurants and supermarkets just next to it. Porto San Paolo is a good spot to start exploring north with Costa Smeralda and south with San Teodoro area.
Review 6：The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, modern with free Wi-Fi. On Sardinia we would choose it next time with pleasure.

Review 8：The persons from Ataras Residence are extremaly helpfull and simpathique. The apartment is good with all the conditions you need and it has all kinds of services around you : supermarket, library, bar, restaurant and the beach is 10 minutes walk. I strongly recommend them.
