Review 1：The hotel is not marked anywhere on the roads, no chance to find even with a help of GPS..... Antica Fornace is a part of the hotel next, not own reception, you need to get registered next to it, the problem is that this fact is not marked anywhere.... Not own pool, only the pool in the hotel next to it.... Simple breakfast, bad coffee.....

Review 3：The standard breakfast could be improved. Perhaps providing dispensers for the milk instead of pouring from the milk carton. There was no hot food (bacon/eggs etc.) and the selection of fruit was minimal.
Review 4：The grounds are well maintained providing a tranquil and restful oasis. It was an excellent location if you wanted to be close to Grosetto and the nearby seaside towns of Grosetto Marina and the beautiful Castiglione.
Review 5：We stayed at this lovely hotel on the massive estate to attend a sports tournament for our daughter. We found the grounds expansive and beautiful, the room large and bright, and the facilities all very comfortable.
Review 6：The staff didn't speak English, only in the reception you could find persons who understood other language than Italian (English included). In the breakfast was always a nightmare to ask for some thing or to express our dislikes for some thing. The cleaning of the room in the first day was nice but after that they went to the room to change towels and to make the bed, we had the dog with us (he stayed in the balcony but had to pass through the room to go out) and after 5 days the room was full of dog hair (and an extra 50 € was charged for the dog stay). The staff during the breakfast was not enough for the people staying in the hotel, at 930 all the tables were already used and the staff couldn't clean them fast enough for the gests still arriving (breakfast was from 800 to 1000). In the pool bar the lady serving did not use any gloves during the preparation of the sandwiches, and she was doing other things at the same time. We think that the staff should be more careful with hygiene serving food. In the other hand it was mandatory to use a cup in the swimming pool, in this case for a summer pool in the out side we think it was not necessary to be that extreme.
Review 7：The location is excellent if you want to visit Toscana sea side, and some cities around like Siena, Monte Artentario... The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and its possible to spend a nice time there for relaxing. The swimming pool is very nice and for kids the is a lot of space to play. Is pet friend which is excellent if you like to keep your dog with you during vacations like us. Is near the beach but you need to drive and have the car always available to enjoy the surroundings.
