Review 1：The bathroom could have been cleaner. Only one pillow and blanket could have been warmer. Otherwise comfy bed. No room service. No mini bar.
Review 2：Excellent breakfast! Free coffee, but why only 15:00-24:00? The staff arranged so that I could store my luggage at the hotel over the weekend, excellent service, thank you! Also was supposed to check out at 10 am but was able to prolong it until 12 free of charge.
Review 3：A little difficulty locating it - the entrance is quite low-key. Key landmarks are Daimaru diagonally opposite, and Starbucks almost next door. If approaching from the arcaded shopping mall, turn right upon reaching the northern end and walk a few paces.

Review 9：We found someone's folded underwear under the deepest corner of the room. We didn't bother much since everything in the room looks super clean, super tidy. It was quite late at night when we reached the hotel so we were too tired to call to make any change to the room.
Review 10：The location is very convenient, only around 15 minutes walk from the central train station, near China town and in the middle of shopping streets. There's also drinks (coffee, tea) bar from 3pm till late night. The hotel is new and clean. The staff were very nice!
Review 11：The staff are professional,even the security guards at night time. The breakfast are wonderful. Plus, it is so good to have different kinds of coffee during the whole day. I always tell my friends in Hong Kong that the wifi speed of this hotel is so high. Which I can not find such similar facilities in other hotels. Good English of the staff.

Review 13：An upscale hotel, very nice place to stay, and would stay again. Only regret I couldn't stay longer, the hotel was fantastic. Loved the spacious room I had as a single, and it had the best shower head I've ever had in a hotel. Everything was clean and neat, room was quiet and I slept very well. The staff was always smiling and polite, and the free coffee, tea and cappuccino were great for unwinding at the end of the day with a great view of the street and city. The free laundry machines were a bonus, excellent wash and dry for a much needed cleaning after travelling Japan for a week

Review 26：The Japanese Australian receptionist (Kana) who checked us in was most friendly and helpful. As visitors from Australia this was a wonderful start to our holiday in Kobe. The shower facility in our room was also first rate...almost as good as going to an onsen!

Review 37：The location is indeed in a very prime area. It is smacked right in between Chinatown and the shopping district. JR Station is extremely closed by, needing just a 7 - 10 minutes walk. The room is nice and spacious and we managed to secure a good deal via Booking.com promotion. Breakfast is fantastic! Our room didn't come with breakfast but we opted for it the next morning. Paying just 1100 yen for a very scrumptious breakfast. Free drinks at the coffee shop next to the lobby from 1500 - 2400 hours daily was another nice touch. Can see scores of guests utilising the area while having their take-away dinners or late-night snacks. Highly recommended for staying in Kobe.

Review 40：When is the last time you were at a hotel with a really good reading light (not on the ceiling)that doesn't distract your partner and has the right combination of pillows for reading or watching TV in bed? Sorry, out of luck. Given the choice of elegant, simple modern design and having some simple shelves on the walls or extra hooks for things, one rarely finds the latter. Even living out of a suitcase it is nice to unpack a little and have enough space to put things other than on the floor. Haven't found anywhere yet!

Without the discount, would be less enthusiastic. Lobby layout innovative creating social space. Good security arrangement for elevators.
Review 42：The breakfast was good but could be better. We did not appreciate to be asked to leave the dining room while we where clearly finishing our meal. The personnel was quite rude about it. We where 5 people in the room almost finished maybe 10 minutes would have been enough. I understand that punctuality is a custom to be respected here in Japan but I believe that some understanding could be accepted at breakfast for foreigners :)

Location is a plus, very central, right beside Kobe Chinatown and within walking distance to the Port, lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Review 61：Very strict with the check-in time, strictest we encountered and the check in process was so very slow - it took 45 minutes to check in! Out of 5 staff on reception, 4 were trainees and really didn't know what they were doing and couldn't really explain anything properly. We were directed to a machine to pay for our stay, however, the receptionist hadn't checked us in properly and the machine wouldn't accept the payment. They therefore had to place a charge on our card, then go to the machine and complete the payment. Very convoluted way to pay for the room! After checking in and getting to the room, it was obvious that the receptionist had made a mistake. We had booked a double room for two people; we were given a room made up for one person. So we had one of everything and had to call reception for more towels, pillows, room gowns. The manager brought the additional items with no word of an apology. We tried to use the self-serve laundry facilities, there was a washing machine empty. Just as we were going to use it, a staff member came in and told us rudely we couldn't use it. When asked why, he refused to give a reason and made us leave the laundry room!
