Review 1：Beach is gone due to on-going land reclamation for mega development. Buildings,currently under-construction, may block view of sea in the future. Odd basement car park.

Review 3：1. Awkward access to basement car park 2. Narrow staircase from basement car park to lobby. I had to wait for others to walk down the steps before I could walk up. 3. Outdated interior decor. 4. Squeaky bed was so uncormfortable that I had a bad back after just a few hours. 5. Room was still warm even after one night of aircondition at full blast. 6. The worst part was when the incredibly powerful self closing door of my room (1101) slammed shut. Deeply cutting two of my fingers. According to my doctor, one of my nails will have to be removed as soon as the wound dries up. This is not a joke.

Better to skip it and go to the market to get the nasi kerabu or nasi kandar.

Review 44：The guy that handle our luggage. He is nice and helpful. The location of the hotel from syahbandar jetty which is only 1km. There is a really good chinese restaurant on the alley left to the hotel when you exit. Room is spacious.

Review 58：We were about to departure to Syahbandar jetty early in the morning, the jetty is one turn from the hotel - maybe 10 min walk. So location perfect for us. Swimming pool is Great. As well as the breakfast service - as I'm vegetarian, it's very important. In the morning I had diversity of vegetables and fruits, also vegetarian dish specially cooked for me for free! Enjoyable.

Review 59：We reach at the hotel around 9pm,we went to reception for checkin.1st they only give empty case with no key in it,we had to go down to get d key n 2nd,they give us a room who is already have a visitor in it!a.k.a double book.then the room cleaner help us to contact d receptn by walkie talkie n we had been ask to go down to get new room key.i think it is inappropriate.they should be more proactive at least they themself go up n get d key n fix it coz its their mistake.n there r no more customer n had 2receptionist there.when we go down 2of the receptionist not even say sorry,just giggle n said 'its night,n busy day.its normal'.gosh..we had to go up n down 3x n thats the reply.really bad n not professional at all.there is 1customer that we meet in lift said he also had to go twice to receptionist to get key.please improve this.

Review 71：The breakfast selection was limited. Front desk staffs were not guests friendly, they can use a bit of smiles and greets, not avoiding eye contact or differentiate guests by their nationality, we were their paying customers after all.

Review 72：The check in and out was smooth. The standard triple room was roomy, the beds were comfy, a/c was in good working condition and everything was clean. I stayed in a standard room, not premium ones where the rooms feature upgraded decor and facilities. Of course the furniture in a standard room are a bit outdated but I don’t mind it at all, I get the comfort that I need and I’m more than satisfied. The hotel is very near Pasar Payang, just a walking distance for those who love to walk like us.

I stayed there with my family for 3 days and 2 nights but we didn't receive it at all. I was very disappointed with the reception staff because when I asked him he said it was already been sent to my room. I told him nobody sent it. It was only a fruit basket but you shouldn't have informed me if you do not intend to send one!
