Residenza Locci sells fast on our site. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, Residenza Locci is in the historic center of Teulada, just over a quarter mile from a bus stop with service to Cagliari. It provides self-catering apartments with free Wi-Fi and ethnic furniture.
Each apartment at Locci is air-conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, as well as a free private parking space. Several apartments feature either a balcony or a terrace overlooking the surrounding area.
Surrounded by a 26,910-ft² garden, the residence is only a short walk from shops, cafes and restaurants. There are plenty of activities available in the area, including scuba diving, sailing and archaeological excursions.

Review 1：New hotel, very nice and clean. Air-condition available. Garden view was more like the wall view...the dog lived on the top of that wall. You need a car to get to the beaches and it is far from the town (15-30 min.) The town is small and not very touristic.

Review 6：Poorly insulated against the noise. We could clearly hear the conversation in the adjacent room through the communicating door as well as the noise from the room upstairs.

Review 7：New and modern building with private parking in a very quiet location. Room with a nice view on Teulada, close to city centre where we took our breakfast. There is also a small supermarket not far away.

Review 9：Lovely place, people and cat(s). Nice kitchenette with decent pots and pans. Ideally situated more or less in the center of town with markets nearby.

Review 10：An attractive traditional property, beautifully converted, and tucked away in the back streets. We had a spotless and well equiped room, with a great sunny terrace overlooking the town. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good value restaurants a few minutes walk away, and some stunning beaches just 15 - 20 minutes drive.

Review 11：Taking into account that breakfast was not included as well as thelocation is a bit remote and the room was in the basement -> itsquite expensive in total.
