Review 1：Too noise. Water pump noise, electric access card sensor noise. Next door water tap, shower, flush toilet noise. Walkway noise. Cant sleep properly. Almost equavalent stay inside a factory with full of noise polutions

Review 12：The staff was very friendly. Nice sized rooms for the price. They even called me up on my check-in day to confirm my time of arrival.
Review 13：Soundproofing is very poor! We stay on the ground floor and the room is just behind the reception counter. In the mid night, there was a group of peoples check in and the noise was tremendously loud that woke us up! You can hear the people passed by the room and sound of the closing door was really annoying. Secondly I would suggest the bathroom equiped with the shower curtain to avoid the whole bathroom is being wet afyer showered.
Review 14：The location is right beside Alor Star Mall which is very conveniece. The staff is very friendly and honest! I have left a necklace in room after check out. The staff did call me to inform the necklace I left and they kept it until I came to collect after 3 hours. Good job!
Review 15：No kettle in room, wish there was a minibar but not a big deal for this price, very few TV channels, no breakfast or in-house restaurant, no amenities in bathroom and the worst of all not even soundproof. You can hear everything that's happening in the hotel!!!
