Review 1：Very friendly and helpfull staff. Hotel easy to find and good to reach.
Review 2：The view from our hotel window was excellent, especially in autumn; it takes around 30-40 min to attain the city center (Piazza Italia) by bus (G1) and the bus station is in front of the hotel. Since we were in vacation we have considered that time as useful for meeting new people, observing the buildings and the view was amazing: the San Domenico cathedral, San Pietro, etc. I recommend the mini-metro, is an interesting way of transportation, especially for kids. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the pieces of art in the hotel bring the right atmosphere of an art exhibition. Many thanks for Roberta, Marina and the rest of the hotel staff, they were very friendly and helpful and made our stay remarkable.
