Reviews for Miridiya Lake Resort
Review 1：Food was just ordinary and not up to the standard as per the price rate. Staff looked like headless chicken during the buffet not knowing what to do and not having a proper leader to guide them. Towards the end many guests did not have enough food on the table regardless the price they charged. Room service was next to non existent as I could not get some morning tea to the room after making 3 phone calls to the room service. Definitely service need to be improved. Due to the poor standard of the food (where did they find the chef from?) we went to the hotel in front of Miridiya for lunch which offered much better service. This is a hotel with the best location but it lacks good management and the attitude towards the local tourists definitely needs to be changed positively.
