Review 1：3 hanger provided but 1 broken. Other clothes hanger also broken. Choke toilet floor trap.

Review 15：Quite noisy on weekends because there's a chinese karaoke place beside the hotel. And 1 of your staff at the reception area is quite rude. We checked in late around 3am due to bad traffic at plus highway and he pushed us to check out at 12pm with a rude manner. Is it wrong if we want to check out late not more than 1pm? At last my parent asked me extend another night there.

Review 17：one of the staff attitude. coz i required 2 twin bed for each room (coz I can choose either twins or single bed), she said ok, but when i went in the room, there was 2 single bed for each room. When I went down n ask for my twins bed, she told me it was FULL. For me, she should told me earlier during my check-in at reception counter if they really dont have twin bed. Coz that make me thought that she lazy to change our room again, maybe because lot of procedure or what...
Review 18：new hotel will be 1 of the most crowded hotel after AMAN central (the new huge shopping center open soon) minimalist, modern design with nice & comfort teenagers sure like it.. Good price with grand look easy for transportation coz location right in the middle of the center of Alor Setar city. R floor with rooftop view, can see the Alor Setar tower so clear with firecracker performance during National Day.
Review 19：Requested for quiet room.. But they given randomly..couldnt sleep at night because the music was so loud..(disco) ..the towels given was smelly.. With 2yrs old kid,not good.

Review 27：- Nothing really major but as for me, since the hotel is located in the Chinese dominant area, it was bit difficult to find nearby halal restaurants. But 7Eleven is nearby, so you could still find something quick to bite/eat.

The temperature room could easily be controlled. - The bedding (mattress, pillow and comforter) was good, allowed for sound sleep. - Amenities provided was also adequate for solo traveller like me. Overall pleasant experience.
Review 29：The room I was given was very smelly. I was not given a non-smoking room as requested. Water in the shower drained very slowly. No luggage rack in the room. The lift was not accessible from the basement parking so had to lug bags up the stairs.

Review 39：The toilet drainage system is poor to lousy as the drain was plugged and water unable to drain off faster than expected and a mess of the toilet floor. The management needs to make sure the drains are cleared of hairs, grease, etc., and the room 202 which I stayed the water just refused to drain off leaving a stench!

Review 44：was not informed beforehand that my initial request for an early check in btwn 10.00 am to 11.00 am could not be accommodated due to high occupancy rate . had to wait almost 1 hour plus before i could check in . if informed in advance would have made other plans which is more productive prior to checking in . apart from that i my stay was a pleasant one .
