Review 1：Thanks to the staff for their very personal and loving support as we stayed in the hotel during a family tragedy. One of the female staff even recognized us by name when we returned the next week. Absolutely wonderful. Rooms are large and beautiful, both bars and restaurant excellent. Close to ringroad.

Review 2：Renowned restaurant Elevé (top floor) was fully booked the day before. It appears to be very popular so if you want to eat there it looks like you need to book several weeks in advance.

Review 15：Breakfast didn't start till 8 o'clock. We were offered a packed breakfast which consisted of a can of orange juice, an apple, a mars bar, four rolls with cheese or meat and cucumber and a croissant with cheese and cucumber. I am sure this could be vastly improved especially at a price of 29 €.

Review 16：The beds were extremely comfortable, lovely restaurants on the 11th floor.

Review 17：I understand why hotels use two single beds to make a large double however a mattress topper over the two would make sleeping much more comfortable as the join between the two is very uncomfortable. A double duvet is also a must instead of two singles. No milk in room for tea/coffee. No plugs by the kettle/Nespresso machine so had to move them to the desk. The glass partition in the bathroom was so clean that I nearly walked into it. It needs something on it to show that it's there.

Review 23：Our bad experiences are asf : 1). The house keeping staff did not clean our room after our 1st night stay eventhough we already hang the "clean-the-room" sign outside the door, and we didn't get any explaination from the hotel staff re this matters although we already complained to them. 2). The 2nd day, they cleaned our room but they did not change the bath towel and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The cleanliness standard of the room is very poor for a 4 stars rated hotel. 3). We ordered room service and we weren't informed that there was a room service order fee of Euro 7.50, and we just realised this when we settled the bills on our check out day. The hotel staff should have informed us in the beginning & this demonstrate that the staffs are not well trained. 4). Lack of communication between the reception staffs (working night shift & morning shift). 1 day prior our check out day, we told the reception staff on duty at night (it was a man) to cancel our Taxi booking which we already reserved before and we told him to inform the taxi company accordingly re this cancellation as we will arrange the taxi by ourselves. But on the next morning, the taxi we had asked to cancel was waiting for us and when we checked with the reception lady re this matter, she informed us that there was no info at all re this taxi cancellation,..and this clearly demonstrates a low and very poor co-ordination among the reception staffs and we think the two way communication between them should be improved much much more. On overall, we're very dissapointed with the Hotel's services and the way they handle the Guests, as this's our first time stay at WTC Cord Hotel and for sure it will be the "last time" for us, sorry to say but the hotel standards do not meet the guests' expectations.
