Review 2：- small boutique hotel cater mainly for the travelling business man - look new and rooms are clean - toilet quite spacious for a budget hotel - provided FOC 2sets of 3in1 coffee and instant noodles in a cup, first time for a budget hotel
Review 3：Internet could not connect. No wardrobe. Toilet glasswall & door - can view silhoutte of people inside(not a Malaysian culture to have almost see-through from room to toilet. I booked a triple room but towels provisioned only for 2 guest. I have to request for additional. When enquired, I was told if boked through internet, a double room typr will be given...they have to change that policy ya!.

Review 10：The lobby was dull. Room not clean, even the bed facing the bathroom. They only provide the rack for the cloth hanger itself. So where the customer shld hang their cloths??? The aircond not in a swing mode. Overall, bad hotel.

Nobody warned me there would be no lift, causing me (at age 80) to climb three flights of stairs with luggage. No help at all from the staff.

Review 40：We were given our room key very quickly as we had a long 12 hours drive. The room was spacious and very modernly designed as it was based on an open concept. The shower and toilet is separated from the basin which is perfect. There was also a small are for you to place all your luggage. The overall stay was very pleasant.

Review 50：The bathroom was not kept clean; its glass door was left with traces of dirt, the wall shower hasn't received any scrub and left with traces of suds, the wc wasnt' properly clean, nooks and corners of bathroom was dirty, the basin was dirty and full of hairline crack, and the room has ants all around its walls.
Review 51：Leverage (Kuala Kedah) seems to be making a good impression during our first visit. A total value for money kind of place. However, it has deteriorate tremendously during our second visit especially on its cleanliness aspect and it's not much of gap between our visits, only 3 months apart.
Review 52：The carpet in the hallway was not vacuumed regularly, it was visibly dirty. Bathroom floor had some sand probably left after the repair work done for piping was done. The housekeeping staff did not use a vacuum cleaner to clean up. Lot of mosquitos hiding in the dark hallways.

Toilet was dirty.Housekeeping clean up the room but nvr provide with new set of towel.Have to get it myself at the reception.Housekeeping did not top up mineral water that are finish but topup maggiecup that r not even touch on 1st day. Location of water heater is very dangerous for young children. Should put the button by the side so at least we r able to test the water first.

Review 60：This was our bad luck, I guess. The electrical was down at early morning and we had to wake up and move our things to another room at 7 O'clock. I don't think this can happen frequently, do I?
Review 61：The room was so nice and clean with good quality accessories. Car park was so comfortable. The hotel located near few restaurants that made us not to go to anywhere else to find good food.

Review 64：It's not that I didn't like, more I didn't consider - Alor setar not a touristy place (it is real Malaysia, so it is worth a look) I planned to stay the night on the way to Langkawi, but the bus timetable and the ferry timetable could have allowed me to make it all in one day.

It's not even a warm shower instead an ice cold shower.. I didn't complaint about the hot shower this time around to the reception.. The reception staff was courteous enough to let me know upon check in that my request of room next to each other (since I’m travelling with 3 kids age 10, 8 & 5) was not avail but at least I was give both rooms on the same floor.

Room wasn't properly clean by the maid, you'll find dust all over the room which maid doesn't even wipe it. Toilet getting dirty compare to the first visit. I would say no detailing in cleaning the room. Plan to visit again mid of August for business, if no improvement of cleanliness in room and especially toilet glass door and wall shall booked other hotel.
