Review 1：The wifi was not great except in the hotel lobby, which is ratherdistant from the apartments.We were provided with 2 bath, medium and small hand towels for a whole week. If you wanted or needed a change of towels, there was an extra charge. Had we known, we would have brought more towels with us, including towels for the pool. There were 3 small packets of shower gel provided for the week. So, bring soap and shampoo. The kitchen was fairly well organized, but it is necessary to bring sponges, dishwashing soap, potholders (very important- not possible to take boiling water with pasta off the stove), and other simple things that are really necessary in the kitchen. Generally, the place is very quiet and peaceful. However, although we know the area and are aware of the nearby airport, there are a few fighter jets flying overhead a day (not too many), but they really make A LOT OF NOISE! It's not terrible, but you need to beware and block your ears! In July, there were 100 young high school students at a summer school there to learn english. Mostly, it was fine, but the afternoons at the pool were a bit loud. Having said all this, we would definitely stay here again.

Review 2：This was a surprise for us. We've been visiting the area for a longtime and never saw the place. It was very nice. Beautiful landscape withgreat fields of sunflowers. It was really pretty. It has a feeling ofbeing at summer camp.The whole complex is spacious and the apartment comfortable. The things that we enjoyed the most were air conditioning! It was a very hot time in July and a very lovely, clean swimming pool. It was marvelous. It was not a busy time, which meant that there was a lot of available parking. The staff were friendly and helpful and if there was a problem, they would come immediately to fix it. The place is not far from the beach (probably best to have a car when it is especially hot) but it is possible to ride a bike to the beach (7Kms). We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week.

Review 6：Too basic, no wi-fi, no change of towels. Only the very basic is provided in the apartment. Kitchen not working properly, fridge not cooling. No maintenance is carry out. Don't bother!

Review 9：Big and comfortable one-level apartement with two bathrooms and well-equipped kitchenette, friendly staff and nice place close to the beach and Marina Di Grosseto, good for relaxing, walking, running and riding by bycicle. Car is highly recomended.
