Review 1：I've come to stay at quiet time so appreciate it is expensive to heat the whole hotel, this is not negative but just a bit cold in the room.

Review 5：Sneek is a very interesting town. Excellent shops and so many good restaurants. The hotel is situated within 200m of the centre of town. This makes shopping and trying out the restaurants so easy. The hotel itself had only been open for 3 weeks when I stayed, sotheree were some small teething problems but they did not interfere with my enjoyment.

Review 10：The whole experience from the time we checked in until we checked out was excellent. We dined with friends in the restaurant and I can honestly say it it was one of the best meals I've had in the last couple of years whilst dining out, including Rhodes 24 and Axis, both very decent London restaurants. I will be staying again when back in Sneek, NL.

Review 11：They could have had more staff. Whenever we wanted to check in or out, the waiter/waitress(/front desk?) had to come and help us.

Review 13：the check in process was difficult - we couldnt check in at 1pm so we left our bags which were unattended - luckily sneek is not amsterdam!! we said we would be back to check in at 6pm and arrived at the desk again it was unattended - we asked to check in and after 15 mins the man on the desk kindly graced us with his presence and was very very rude and sarcastic - apparently check in was up to 6pm and having explained that we said we would be back between 5 and 7 to his female colleague earlier - she noted this for him to see it didnt make any difference and most importantly we requested a wake up call which didnt happen

Review 14：this is a very nice hotel and the room - a suite was excellent - it is centrally located in sneek which is a small city so everywhere is within reach

Review 17：I had a great 2 nights and want to spend more! The room is clean and comfortable! What I love most is the breakfast! Various bread, toast and jams, fresh juice, cereal, nice cheese!! And the most sweet staff ever( thank u Zulien and the brownie man!)!
