Review 1：Personal was very unkindly. Receptions in some places in this sanatory( they have many areas in different houses) was closed. Very big problem was a possibility to use their facilities(spa, sauna, komplekss Egle). It was very strange, we didn't achieve they on phone on Sunday or Saturday. Too short working hours and too many RESTRICTIONS for a good rest! It was disgusted in winter (it was too cold, about -22) to go for breakfast or sauna, spa 5 or 10 minutes from your room to another building. It is very ok and good place for summer NOT in Winter!

Review 2：They did not prompt that we should be ready to Siberian conditions with dark clouds of blood-sucking midges. It force us to leave sanatorium earlier than we expected. Smorgasbord there was Soviet parody to it.

Review 3：Pools, nature around and numerous cafés in the town with delicious and inexpensive food were very nice, particularly the one on the bank of Neman.

Review 6：More than 2 hours wait only to have the key from the room!!! The hotel need repairs, the food was terrible. We try to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and it was impossible to eat. THE FOOD IS JUST NOT EATABLE. We tried to take the positive part of these weekend but it was impossible. Is was the worst place i stayed. Ignore the nice photos on the web. A place like this should not be in booking.com. We payed with everything included and we end up eating in restaurants out of the hotel spending big money for nothing. Ambient like hospital.

Review 8：This place is older than the Egle in Birstonas. We liked that much more. The worst experience was this though: we booked through this website and got there at 4am. We were taken to unit B which was an awful building, we thought the night shift lady thought we were hospital patients here for rehab, and were sure we had booked a room in the better building Egle +. So in the morning we went to the registration and explained. They called and found us a place at Egle +. At the end of the stay we came to pay, and were told to pay 100 euros more than what the booking amount said. The manager rudely explained that they would have told us the pricess are different but honestly no one mentioned this and we thought the other buildings are for the patents. We ended up paying as they'd probably call the police, but it was very unfair and they dealt with the situation very rudely. The manager even lied that she had explained the prices...
