Review 1：Limited parking space. Hard to park when there are events like weddings. Hotel guests parking should be separated from wedding guests. During school holidays tour buses parked on the roadside and sometimes obstruct traffic.

Review 2：Staff very friendly and helpful especially housekeeping. I stayed on the 5th Floor. Breakfast menu is quite okay but Nasi Lemak seems to be the mandatory menu. Walking distance to shopping mall.

Review 3：No doubt the location is quite near to parkson mall but very difficult to get halal food ard this area. We have to walk all the way to the menara to get halal food..but its quite worth it cos u cld find nite market there as well n very lively..

Review 7：The door access has to be reactivated everyday. No hair dryer. The add-on bed is extremely not comfortable. Asked for additional 1 pillow but being informed that the hotel does not have enough pillow.

Review 9：We had booked for 2 double bedroom on a non smoking floor nearly 1 month in advance through booking.com. In the booking.com system we were given an option to specifically select a double bed room option which we did. We had also made an extra reminder request for the double bedroom to the hotel management through the booking.com system. Upon check in on the actual day, the hotel was not able to provide us with the 2 double bedroom as we had booked. Instead they argued that booking.com website does not allow the selection of a double/twin room which is absolute rubbish and our request is not guaranteed. Instead they provided one of the room as a twin or the option of a double bedroom on a smoking floor both of which were not suitable for our requirement. We were forced to accept what was given to us on the spot a cancellation then (less then 24 hours) would have imposed a charged. A word of caution and for booking.com to take note that the hotel does not provide the room as booked through booking.com website.

Review 12：Comparing it with fuller hotel, starcity is more expensive however they gave extra pillows, cupboard for clothes, ironing board, hairdryer. I guess you get what you paid for. Location great. New shopping mall just opened up within 2min walking distance making it very convenient for food, cinema, etc.

Review 14：I booked this hotel as I was walking out of another hotel 400m away that was a death trap. By the time I got to check in I only had to wait a few minutes until my booking was confirmed. The staff were great, English a bit of a struggle but it is rural. Room was a good size, well furnished and most importantly double glazed.. A must in Malaysia due to noise pollution. I checked out and forgot I left a pair of expensive trousers in the wardrobe, I phoned the hotel and again struggled with English but eventually got speaking to a girl called Lina, who was fantastic and she confirmed that they would hold the trousers for me until I next pass through... Tomorrow Good food, and the new shopping mall are very close by, I would certainly stay here again.

Review 15：Limited covered parking. Shoppers going to the mall also park around the hotel. Slow wifi. Limited TV channels. Dishes at the restaurant was a so so affair.

Review 16：3 minutes walk to a shopping mall. Close to Alor Star Tower and 5 minutes drive to new Pekan Rabu / Ukir Mall. Good shower, aircond, nice bed.

Review 92：On arrival, the room was infested with small cockroaches. These continued to appear through our week's stay. Mixer tap on sink needed securing and mixer tap on shower came loose during stay. "Central control" for aircon meant that the room was freezing cold in the middle of the night - only option was to switch aircon off! Rooms should each have control over aircon temperature.
