Review 4：If there's a need to stay in Subbiano, the price-quality and the friendliness of staff make this a perfect place to stay.
Review 5：No enough hot water for both of us for taking a shower, pretty old looking room. We made the reservation for 50 euros including breakfast but we were charged in the end 64 euros. I guess the 14 euros were for a modest breakfast.
