Bordine StudioRent is located at Paulus Moreelsestraat 25 and offers 3 studios, just an 8 minute walk from the station and the historic quarter of the city, plus close to the town’s central shopping street. Both of these locations are easy to reach and close to city bus stops.
All of the studios and apartments are well-furnished and feature a range of modern amenities including well-equipped kitchens. The units are located in Dutch houses on typically-Dutch streets which makes a great alternative to normal hotel-style accommodations.

Review 1：No problem for us but if you drive a vehicle larger than a "compact', parking at or near the site is difficult.

Review 19：Host was not that friendly. He even did not allow my friend who came to drop me at hotel to take a look of my room. I felt very bad when my friend was waiting outside on the road while i was doing check in.

Review 21：Dirty, broken ceiling, bathroom sink no hot water, faulty doors do not close well, restrictions - 5 min. shower water??, without visitors???. We left a day early, so we felt good. CONCLUSION look different.
Review 22：The only hot water tap for shaving and hand-washing, is at the kitchen sink. The carpets very shabby ---bring slippers. No reading light next to the bed.
Review 23：Ample free parking on the streets of this peripheral neighborhood, twenty-five minutes by foot from the center of town. Huge flat screen TV oddly luxurious in the drab bedroom.
Review 24：The Bedding and pillows left a lot to be desired, and did match up tothe electronic facilities which were fantastic, but not necessary at thelevel of luxury offered. The washing machine and dryer are offered as aservice but you have to pay extra to use it- so it is not part of thefacilities.

Review 27：The owner of the B&B is very friendly, and the rooms are set-up as mini-apartments. The rooms have better quality mod-cons, than large hotel chain would have: huge LCD screen, more storage space and as an extra a fully equipped kitchen with pots+pans.

Review 30：We two Americans loved staying in this b&B. The small kitchen allowed usto shop at the grocery store for breakfast and lunches. The owner isfriendly and knowledgeable, which helped us to plan a day-trip (by busand ferry) to the island of Ameland. We stayed at the location about amile from the train station, in a lovely residential area of Leeuwarden.A big puls was the internet-connected computer right in our own room.And this is a great city to visit, with fun sights to see andinteresting restaurants.
Review 31：This is more an observation than a dislike, food preparation capabilites weren't as good as the ones at Paulus Moreelsestraat 25 where I have stayed previously. However, this is just a minor niggle, as it is close enough to enough places to eat without spending a great deal, so, swings and roundabouts i guess
Review 32：Close location to leeuwarden centre and train station (approx 15-20 mins walk, although bus stops are located nearby), for the traveller not after luxury accomodation, bordine is ideal, had plenty of room once inside, own bathroom facilities, refridgerator and kitchen facilites, the owner is really friendly and helpful with anything you require as much as he can be.
Review 33：Sleeping in the same space as the kitchen, you could hear the fridgeswitching on and off all night. Nothing ear plugs weren't able toremedy. It is a bit far from the city centre, but I was there for work,so, no time for that anyway.
Review 34：The host was charming, the room spacious and the facilities excellent:computer in the room, huge tv, the shower was roomy nad the warm waterwas solar powered ( and still warm enough) kitchen was complete, coffee(machine on the landing) from fresh beans! It was very quiet and youcould park the car right out front.

Please inform Bordine B&B of your estimated time of arrival. Check-in is by appointment at your relevant studio location between 16:00 - 23:00 hours.The 2 studio locations are:- Bordineweg 113 for Bordine B&B (studio rooms 1 and 2)- Paulus Moreelsestraat 25 for the Bordine StudioRent annexe (studios 3, 4 and 5)Please use the intercom on arrival and a staff member will show you to your studio. In your room, you will find your keys and also your check-in form which should be completed and handed into the staff on duty.Payment for your stay is required on arrival and can be made by cash, debit card, or credit card.A maximum capacity of 2 people per apartment applies. The budget studio can accommodate only 1 guest.Guests are allowed to bring their own children's cots.Because all guestrooms have a fully equipped kitchen(ette), the property offers standard the discount don't disturb self-catering / self-service, with free coffee & tea and free cleaning 1 x a week. Guests requiring the full service with breakfast and cleaning every day, can pre-order a Breakfast Box, that will be delivered to the room for extra charge. This continental breakfast features baguettes, croissants, juice, cheese, ham and more.
