Review 1：No tours of ruins or guides could be organized through the hotel.

Review 2：Great location. Next to tank. Nice pool. Enough English spoken to make things easy.

Review 5：No WiFi in the rooms though. And moskito screens would have been a nice addition as well. Then we would not have to always use the AC for ventilation.

Review 6：Very nice staff. I had an insect bite from the day before. They took me to the hospital, accompanied me to the doctor, got me the medicine and wanted nothing in return. Good food, nice outside area. We liked it very much here.

Review 7：poor service, after 11pm no phones are answered and no staff available on call. no additional pillows provided to the number of guest in the room. service standard in the restaurant was bad not professionally trained. Ice buckets are stained and dirty. Corona beer was advertised but product not available. Ordered bed tea at 6.30am not sent.

Review 11：It was my first time in my life that I saw a hotel without anybody exist at our Arrival!!! Even one person! The only person was the guard at the gate who asked my name to open the gate!!! Nobody to carry the luggage! nobody to response! nobody for food! We left there for dinner and breakfast!!!

Review 13：Bathroom shower no door or curtain. Room looked good but TV wires were hanging out of theTV and the bathroom door lock was of poor quality. Mains witches were a little away from the bed.

Review 17：During week with western coach parties restaurant chaotic. However this may be the result of tour operators insist clients order and pay for their own dinner, rather than do a buffet. The path between the hotel and the lake and then down the side of the hotel is rat run for motobikes and tiuktuks, particularly inthe afternoon. They do not race along but the noise is very intrusive

Review 19：The hotel had no map of Anuradhapura and/or the Sacred City (which is absolutely necessary if you explore this place on your own). We did not get any information about the city/hightlights/cultural sites etc. Internet available only in the Lobby (in theory: in fact it did not work at all). But all in all the hotel is OK, but not the best value for what we paid.

Review 20：The location is good: quite central but some distance to the main road. Nice garden and pool. The food was excellent, the chef personally took care about the buffet and explained all meals. Rental bikes in quite good condition.
