Review 1：Uncomfortable bed and sofa and no kettle or oven (microwave oven not good for cooking pizza!) and apartments quite basic, could have more homely touches and more storage like drawers
Review 2：Lovely place set in beautiful surroundings about 20 min walk to Lazise. Alessia on reception was so helpful. Rooms were spacious and had mostly everything you needed for self catering. The pool was lovely and grounds were well maintained.

Review 4：Great rooms with loads of space plus we had a lovely garden with table & chairs which was well worth the extra. Fantastic location because we could walk into Lazise. Plus fab pizzeria only 5 mins walk away and secure parking (great as on motorbikes). Lovely pool and great price. Will definitely go back.
Review 5：Interior : There is nothing in common between the pictures you see on the site and the room you get. Quiet disappointing...the kitchen not very clean...no kettle :(
Review 6：The location is perfect for this area. All the attractions are within 15 minutes by car. The place if very quiet and peaceful. The surroundings a very nice.
Review 7：Our room on the ground floor has no windows one can open. It has only doors facing the garden. Of course you cannot leave a door open as a window so we were not able to ventilate the room most of stay: at night or when we were out of the apartment the door was locked, also when we were in the apartment and wanted some privacy (the room was right next to the reception) . When we complain – the girl from the reception was not helpful and also quite rude and told us we should have made a special request for a room with windows ("I have lots of request here you see they requested a crib…"). The attitude was very UN pleasant even though my wife was pregnant and she could understand the need for a fresh air. Besides of that the sofa beds were dirty.

Review 9：You get limited # of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets and if you need more you need to go and buy . The place is not that cheap I would expect to get the amount needed and not fell they are cheap.

Review 11：Be carefull with appartment no.9 - beds in the living room are very-very bad quality - adults can not sleep on them. We had a conflict with the complex owner (our child accidentally broke a garden lightning bulb) and she started to talk to us very arogantly - it was very obvious that we, as guests, are only pain in her ass. On the other day the operator of the complex appologised and asked us to communicate with them only. I was very disappointed on Lazise "sandy" beach - that was one of the worst I'v ever been. Air conditioning was kind of working but it was not possible to modify the temperature so when it was 36 outside we could hardly sleep in the night. No mosquito net on the windows.
Review 12：The hotel was very nice looking. Pool was great and we always had sunbeds. Lidl is near, though always crowded and it was an easy walk to the city center even to the children.Nearby beaches were nice, especialy the Baia delle Sirene.

Review 14：This is a lovely place in a quite location about 1 mile from Lazise. Swimming pool/complex was really good and nice and clean. The room was spacious with a high ceiling making it airy and cool. I recommend choosing a room with outside patio, especially in the high season as it was lovely and cool eating outside.
Review 15：the beds are simply awful, the air condition was hardly noticeable, meaning is was hot as hell in the apartmant and most importantly: we paid a lot of money for this place and one might think that they will go the extra mile for their guests. but they suck in the little things: you dont find salt or pepper in the kitchen (how much money does it cost? why would you buy such a thing yourself if you only come for 3-4 days? cant they just put it in the room?), when ask for more rolls of toilet paper, the staff told us: here is one, but if you want another one - go and buy more in the supermarket! its the little things that give you bad taste - which is a shame because it is a nice place.

Review 21：We have to disagree with the earlier reviews.. The apartments are quite modest and not as comfortable as they were pictured. There was a lot of dust under the bed in the bedroom and the sofabeds were filthy. Bathroom was not so clean either. The sofabeds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep. Our apartment near the reception was very restless. Children were running through "our garden" and you could hear upper apartments talking and noises: especially the sound when someone was removing a chair upstairs was annoying in the middle of the night.. The guest were mostly families with small children, and we saw the pool cleaned up properly only once during the 5 days we spent there. There is wifi only near the reception area and it was poor. The reception has limited opening hours.

There is no Wi-Fi access in the apartments, only in the facility office which is very small and does not have any seating arrangement. 2) If your travel argument requires you to leave later than 10:00 – this is not a place for you as they do not permit any late check out, even after we offered to pay for it.

Review 28：I travel really often, but first time ever I felt unwelcome in hotel. The copmany does not have agreement with Mastercard, though it is said it is accepted. First of all they blamed me that the card is not going through, though I knew it is ok, and only when I said this is their fault, he said smth in Italian, that I could not understand. I was alone with 3 children and the office staff asked me to come to the office 3 times (though it is 7 km away). Though they could give me bank account already in the first day to transfer money via bank and we could resolve it easy. It is just a question of attitude and I would say it is really poor and not helpful.

Review 38：The apartment was very clean a d spacious. The walk into town was short so was very handy for exploring the old town and also handy for going for dinner and a drink in the evening. Also the pizzeria restaurant close to the hotel was brilliant.
