Review 1：Staff in breakfast room obviously did not like Americans. They resented getting more than 1 cup of coffee and made their displeasure more than known.

Review 49：A very good stay. - Very professional and dedicated staff, very helpful to provide you with advice and support in your stay - Restaurant with a high quality (service, food) + wonderful breakfast. - The location is very easy to access by car (= at the entrance of the autostrada) + free parking. - Possibility of access by common transportation with the bus line G (G1, G2, G3) which links the railway station to the old city every 20 minutes until 22h in the night. Bus stop on Via Palotta (ask the driver to indicate when arrived at the intersection with Via Palermo) and then 5 minutes walk.
