Review 1：We really loved this place! The hotel is located in a very calm and quiet area, the buildings and the garden are beautiful. The restaurant is excellent as well. The staff was really helpful and friendly!

Review 4：The location is really good: the buildings are beautiful, the gardens realy lovely and comfortable. It's on the River Arno, which is very peaceful and great to loook at. There is direct access to it ... not sure if you can swim there, though (did not ask). They have great facilities: outdoor pool, Restaurant, beauty center ... The owners are extremely friendly and informative. We only had breakfast there: their baked products are simply great! If you explore the nearby villages you'll find a lot of great places to drink, eat and just stroll around.

Review 5：The only thing was the area wasn't as pretty as some places but was in a good position for travelling to various places.

Review 6：The breakfast was lovely, different home made cakes every morning, you're on holiday why not! The food in general was excellent. The service was the best I have ever had in Italy, the staff were friendly informative and professional. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable and the decor rustic in keeping with the Tuscan theme. Very enjoyable stay.

Review 7：Paolo and his very small team were very helpful - no matter what you needed. The hotel was remarkably clean. The restaurant and wine selection was wonderful - and Paolo was very knowledgeable about his wine cellar - every suggestion was spot on once he had a an idea what we liked. Like many places in this region - it take a little while to make your way there, but it was worth the time.

Review 9：Restaurant only open at 20h-much too late to go with children. Food is prepared fresh so takes another 30-40 min at least before eating. No possibilities to refresh baby in the hotel. Only in the room ;-( Hotel is a bit old fashioned. At least not what we expected for 4 stars. No bad in the room, only shower. No possible to wash the baby. Baby afraid from rainshower. 2 people to run the hotel and you really see them doing almost everything except cleaning the rooms. The bar is open but you need to wait until somebody appears from the 2 people to help you further. Only 2 baby chairs-1 of them was broken. Good hotel to stay just for sleep-breakfast and eveningdinner but during the day you must go out of the hotel at enjoy Italy.

Review 11：Due to the high summer temperatures, the airco was not able to cool our room making our stay a bit uncomfortable. Therefore we checked out earlier than planned.

Review 12：The staff is very cooperative and speaks very good English.The room was nicely decorated and in style with the tower. The restaurant serves high quality food. It was really good! The swimmingpool was modest but with a nice sundeck.

Review 13：Wonderful hotel in a unique setting. The medieval tower is magnificentand overlooks the Arno river and the beautifully kept gardenssorrounding it. The rooms are full of charm and the manager and staffprovide faultless hospitality. The food is exquisite and the spa isquite an experience. Great value. This area may not be as touristic asothers in Tuscany but it's well worth the drive. The nearby Poppi castleis quite remarkable.
