Review 1：There are no problem within our stay, just the language spoken is the problem. If hotel can improve staff english / chinese . That will be great :D
Review 2：I prefer the location of the hotel, there are a lot of food we can hunt nearby. The railway station is also 5 minutes time taken by walking from hotel. The staff of hotel was very kind and helpful.

Review 20：There was an occasional instance of senior staff being overbearing andofficious (to us). This left a sour taste, particularly in a countrythat excels in this regard.There was very little concession to foreign visitors, with no English signs, room or hotel information. Desk staff had very little English. I hope I don't sound parochial here, but it was very difficult to understand the hotel's rules or what it offered to customers.
Review 21：The Monterey had very good staff who were most helpful and welcoming.The breakfast was very good, but a little expensive against comparable hotels. The location of the hotel was close to Sannomiya Station and close to an extraordinary number of eating places. Our room was of a generous size for Japan and very quiet.
