Review 1：a really modern and comfortable room, we were met with a very kind reception, delicious and rich choice at breakfast, quiet room despite of the huge road in front of the hotel

Review 4：The hotel is modern, fairly basic and exactly what we have come to expect. The rooms are a good size and well equipped. The beds are suprisingly comfortable. As usual when it comes to anything like this it is the staff that makes the difference and in this case this is a five star hotel.
Review 5：The staff attitude when knocking the door to check if you are in! Though the tag on the door says "please don't disturb" the room service staff was knocking as if it was an evacuation! This happened twice in one morning!!! And upon complaining to the manager, they did not even apologise! The worst experience ever!!!

Door closes with a 'Bam' so in early morning I was woken by it (first guest leaving for breakfast) * The fan in the bathroom seems to run all night - with a little noise. * Although the hotel is easy to see on a big road - it's more difficult to find the parking places via the small roads at the back side (industry area) * I would say - not walkably close to the historic center of Leeuwarden

Review 44：Clean, comfortable rooms. Wi-fi is fine as long as you're not in one of the rooms at the end of the corridor. This is a purpose-built modern hotel mainly catering for business people. Cheap rates at the weekend.
Review 45：Due to the endless reconstruction of Leeuwarden is this a hotel that is not easy to reach.The Hotel Google directions for the hotel should read take Rt 32 until the end and turn richt after the bridge, and shouldn't use route 31 at all. This was misleading.
