Review 1：Perfect location in terms of transportation options, places to eat at and even shop. I like that the rooms and hallways are quiet, you can really have a restful sleep at night after a full day of exploring different sights in the Kansai area. Very clean.

Review 2：Price a little high compare to room size. Breakfast is just ok.

Review 4：We had a non-smoking room, but it had recently been used by a smoker, so there was the bad smell of stale cigarettes for several nights. We had to wipe down the walls with wet towels to try to get rid of the smell of cigarettes.

Review 7：We booked a room for 2 people but the hotel only reserved one room key for us which is not very convenient for us. My husband and I can't be separated to shop and the one kept the key need to be back first.

Review 8：The hotel is located right above the train station and the shopping malls are few steps away.

Review 9：Buffet breakfast items (western n Japanese) didn't vary over three days. Cooked salmon was super fishy n bony although coffee was good. Only one (coin operated) washing machine and dryer available for the whole hotel. Dark brown carpet plus small window made the hotel room feel smaller than it was.

Review 10：Brilliant location for: stay n travel via train n bus to tourist spots, access to food within train station n main streets, access to shopping malls. Bathroom amenities were sufficient n considerate; hotel provided even a fresh hair tie daily. Enough space for triple twin beds. Each bed had two pillows (some hotels provide only very soft one). Hat stand in one room was perfect bec the guests in this room all wore hats. (Strangely the other rooms didn't have such a stand.)

Review 11：It felt kinda insecure that anyone can access to any floor of the hotel (no security lock in the lifts or elsewhere), especially when it's that close to the hectic train station

Review 14：Really convenient location for transport from/to Kobe airport, and other stations; shopping areas are close by as are food options. Even though the hotel is in a central hub, and the train passed by my 9th floor window, noise was kept to a minimum which was great given that I'm a light sleeper.

Review 15：Thin walls as could hear the guest in the next room and the person on the other end of the phone at midnight. Wifi connection was intermittent. No signs in the room to show it was a non-smoking room.

Review 16：With no hassle staff changed our non smoking room which smelt of smoke to a non smoking room. Good facilities.

Review 17：Our room was very small but all we needed - only there to sleep and shower - and cheap. It was well appointed and very clean. The mattress was very very firm (more firm than the usual 'Asian' firm) so if you are a sensitive sleeper it might not suit. The location couldn't be better as directly above 3 train lines and close to shopping arcades and plenty of eating/drinking choices. The staff were great, and for those worried by such things, had no problem with English. Highly recommend.

Review 32：After either a short subway trip or a twenty minute walk, the Hotel was located directly above the Sannomiya Station. Very close to the main shopping hub, Chinatown and many eating establishments. Loop city bus at the back of the hotel. Everything so close which made it a breeze to get around. Rooms are traditionally small by Western standard but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety. Train station in your face but no noise whatsoever, I think mainly because of double glazed windows. Free internet worked fine on both our iPad and smart phone. Enjoyed our stay.

Review 41：It's hard to get better location, entrance is right from the station (easy to find). Railway, subway and monorail lines will deliver you to all possible sightseeing spots. Room wasn't spacious but enough for us to feel comfortable. It was equipped with all needed amenities and quiet despite of crowded location. Bed was huge and comfortable, not too soft. No need to leave building to find lots of nice places to eat. Check-in and check-out were done very fast, no problem to keep luggage there before or after check-in time.

Review 43：Rooms are really small, even for Japanese business hotel standards. No room to open a suitcase. Bed short (185 cm), bathroom with very low ceiling and very small, not possible to sit on toilet seat in a normal fashion because sink is in the way. Better look for another place.

It would be easy for anyone to enter the floor where the rooms are as the lifts are not secured to only allow room guests with keys to access such floors, but I suppose Kobe and Japan generally do not experience the level of crime in other cities, so this may just be a "foreigner's paranoia".

Review 49：I honestly do not have anything to complain about. The hotel stuff was great and I could find a lot of useful things like a toothbrush or a toothpaste (totally forgot to bring them). I also really liked the fact that I could watch tv for free (I mean, not all of the channels, but there was enough of them to keep me awake while fighting with jet lag). Apart from that I felt relieved that the people working at the hotel knew English. I can speak Japanese, but only a bit, so sometimes a switch from one language to another was necessary.

Review 50：Wifi is quite weak in the room. And the manual for using Wifi is not contain the steps of usage. There is only one password on the manual. I suggest to add step by step manual to using Wifi, step1. in the setting, connect to hotel Wifi,Step2, input passwork. Step3, go the the explorer, find the homepage of hotel, and enter the agree button.

Review 51：Location is quite good. Very convenient. It is close to Kobe Tower and Yijinkan. You can enjoy shopping as well as food. Besides, there is a big massage shop in other side of the street. The pricing is quite good.

Review 52：I think the western traveller will find that the bathroom is very small by international standards but perfectly adequate. It's a little confusing to find the entrance. You go through the ground floor coffee shop and then take the escalator up to the 4th floor where there front desk is.
