Review 1：The place had no warmth to it. There were no pictures any where on the walls. They were stark white . It almost felt like an institution. This can be rectified by some attention to detail and once they do that they can call them selves a 4 star place.

Review 3：No adequate notices are displayed / or supervise the people who use the swimming pool to make sure that, they adhere to basic hygiene requirements before take a dip in the pool. A couple of people jumped into the pool without taking a shower and were continuously spitting in the pool so we were compelled to refrain from using the pool.

Review 4：A very friendly staff and the property is located at a very central place. Comfortable clean room. Good value for the money. Food was basic but good.

Review 5：A problem with power in the morning together with no water in the bathrooms for more than 30 mins. Made me late to get to work. Poor back up power option.

Review 7：While we were in the room one of the staff opened the door without knocking and realising we were there immediately closed it.i enquired the reason and was told he wants to spray some pesticide. The incident was reported to the resident manager, monty but he was trying to find excuses.finally he apologised but we felt it is not genuine. The following morning around 7 we heard a noise outside our room and saw fumigation of some sort was carried out side our room. There was lot of smoke in the garden and we could smell the acrid nature of the fumes even inside our room.

Review 9：Staff all friendly and helpful. They were very accomodating as we had an early train to catch and would miss breakfast. They packed a very generous goody bag with fruits and sandwiches for our early journey.

Review 10：No particular bad experience as such. Just remember to request a king sized bed if you want one as most rooms come with twin bed that can't be put together!

Review 11：Accommodating staff that try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely the most important thing when you travel with young kids. Extremely clean. The restaurant serves great food. Good sized portions. All in all highly recommended!!

Friendly but so slow and didn't understand most of what I was saying. I don't speak Singhalease, so this was a problem. Front desk refused to give me a second key so my companion and I could go separate ways.

Review 74：We booked in for two nights and stayed for three. The food was excellent we chose the Sri Lankan menu. The staff were very attentive and wanted to make your stay pleasurable. All the staff were very helpful in assisting us with drivers for Tut tuts, safari and a driver for our next location.

Review 75：Tv not up and running properly yet with very limited choice of channels probably due to the project of the hotel being unfinished at this moment in time. Hotel not yet completed so not at its full potential.

Review 78：Rajarata. Anuradahapuram. The hotel is only a month old and the rooms are very clean. The location is in a quiet place but then all of Anuradhapura is quiet. The TV had one English news channel and twenty in Singhalese. The interet is slow to even be able to check email. Technical support was not to be had till the next day. Rooms are particularly spacious and room service was prompt. The staff is friendly but untrained in hospitality. The cook at the egg counter during breakfast could neither speak nor understand much English. I would say, given the competition it is grossly over priced at $ 85 per day (inclusive of taxes) Date of stay. 28.12.13

Review 79：The smell from the bathroom sink. No blankets and no concern that we needed more bed covers. Many things on the menu not available. No fridge in room. Bare cables from the walls. Hot water system fluctuated the shower temp from freezing to scalding. WiFi useless. Available intermittently in foyer only. Construction noise. General unfinished feel.
