Review 1：The cleanliness and modernity of the apartment. Also the gentleness of the staff and the good breakfast. A little bit in the modern part of Pavia, but still 15 mins by city center by walking.
Review 2：Entrance could be difficult to find, but we are picked up in the front of the hotel. Limited english

Review 5：The hotel is actually 3 rooms in an apartment block and there is no sign. The host is there to meet you, but we got there a bit before and were not sure that we had come to the right place. So - if you are like us - the hotel is opposite a japanese restaurant.
Review 6：The two owners were extremely gracious and helpful, offering help with our luggage and advice for where to eat, park our car, etc. The B+B design (decor) is great, very modern and tasteful. It is basically an apartment with three rooms, each with a nice en suite bathroom. In addition, there is a kitchen and a breakfast room/lounge. We were asked when we wanted to have breakfast and it was ready when we asked for it. The neighborhood is a little outside of the center but within walking distance, it took about 10 minutes to walk in. Again, can't say enough good things about the owners, they were super hosts!
Review 7：Marcello and Fortunato are the best hosts one could ever hope to have. They have treated us as if we were family, and they have gone out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and wished for, that we were enjoying ourselves, and have also contacted us after we left the B&B to make sure that we had reached the airport safely and in time. The B&B is only 10 minutes away from Aosta's historic centre, is impeccably clean, and very beautifully decorated. This is definitely the place to book if you're in Pavia and you're guaranteed to feel at home away from home. This is definitely the place I will book next time I'm in Pavia.
Review 8：Marcello and Fortunato are the perfect hosts. They were kind enough to pick us up from the station after experiencing about an hour delay on the train, and have carried our luggage into the B&B. Upon arrival, they have also offered us a welcome drink and some typical Italian sweets which were highly appreciated after a 5 hour train ride. There are only a handful of steps to climb up to the B&B, so there are no problems with having to carry the luggage up a long flight of stairs. The B&B is brand new and it is clear that the hosts have put in a lot of thought when designing it. The room is impeccably clean, with very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower jet is powerful but nice. Marcello and Fortunato were always very nice, friendly and eager to please. They were also very kind to offer help and suggestions whenever needed. I feel that we couldn't have been luckier with finding this place and I recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in whilst in Pavia. This B&B deserves 5 stars! :)
