Review 1：Location (of Motel) for my purposes, location of room (away from traffic), great food service/breakfasts & Dining, great staff. Stayed there 12 months before, and asked for, and got, the same room this time!

Review 2：Located on the New England highway so a little noisy at night time.

Review 3：Reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff. Perfect for an overnight stay if visiting the Hunter for a concert and you don't want to pay the big bucks for the hotels near the wineries.

Review 5：The unit I stayed in was comfortable. The bathroom was nice as it had been recently renovated. There was peace and quiet for the entire 5 days I stayed there.

Review 12：The staff are absolutely fantastic. They go far beyond the call of duty. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It is very close to a large shopping centre. The rooms are very quiet even though it is so close to a main busy road. Very happy with this Motel.

Review 15：Its location couldn't be better as we had appointments at Maitland Private Hospital. We were made welcome and enjoyed our stay there. We would always stay there any time we are in the vicinity.

Review 40：The proximity of the motel to the hospital where my husband was was perfect. There is a major shopping centre within walking distance. The food from the restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly abd helpful.

Review 43：The room smelt of smoke. Neighbours were very noisy. Airconditioning didn't work on a very hot day. Breakfast was terrible, no salt, no sauce, no milk was offered with our "full" breakfast. I would never stay there again.

Review 46：My two main reasons for choosing it were unavailable: pool was closed (found out after we got there!); + free Wifi didn't work in our room on ANY of our 5 devices & gent in reception seemed indifferent. Restaurant was closed all weekend. VERY limited TV channels. Movie guide had 3 channels, we found 1.
