Review 1：A little far from town so you will need a tuk tuk to go anywhere.
Review 2：A great hotel for families with a good sized pool and fussy kid friendly buffet options for breakfast and diner. The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms comfortable. Staff very helpful and they make great espresso (for an extra 500r).

Review 8：The staff were all so attentive. We only had a short break between checking in and seeing the ruins. When we mentioned we were hungry they brought us a menu, opened the kitchen and made us lunch while we were settling in. Upon our return, after a long day in the sun, it was bliss coming back to this paradise to lie in the pool!

Review 10：The room was of a good size,the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. There is a lovely terrace with comfy chairs and, although we didn't use the swimming pool, some of the children staying there enjoyed swimming and splashing about. The grounds are very well kept but it is the staff who made this an enjoyable stay. They were efficient and friendly and we enjoyed chatting to the housekeeping staff to find out more about what life was like for them living in Sri Lanka. We were very late arriving as the train from Colombo was late, but the staff kept the restaurant open until we arrived. It was my husband's 70th birthday and someone had spelled out 'Happy Birthday' with leaves on the bed which was very thoughful of them. I would be happy to stay here again.
Review 11：There were a lot of mosquitos at the property (perhaps due to the recent rains/floods), so it would have been good to have mosquito coils/repellants in the room (I was fighting them a little bit). Otherwise a great stay!

Review 20：We were glad we booked the superiour room - a bit farther away from the pool where a lot of the staff seem to be either working or chatting and the regular rooms didn't look great from what we could see. The dining option is generally buffet which is nice enough and a good selection but the restaurant is very small and there is a lot of staff standing around watching you eat/asking you if you need anything which impacted on our experience a bit.

Review 57：This was a very basic hotel compared to what I expected and had read on the reviews, maybe it's because we just stayed in a 'standard' double room. They moved us immediately when we complained that the room was a bit musty to a nicer triple room which was nice of them. Staff we very friendly and accommodating.

Review 65：The place was more than we expected, and looks pretty much better than the pics. It is a bit distant from the commercial center and the ancient city, but it is totally worthy the money. No need to look for restaurants, the one in the hotel is pretty decent. The pool is also good.

The Hotel organises guide tours in the city as wellas Safari tours to Willpattu N.P. Take care because prices are far toohigh!!! For a trip with a driver who could not even speak english Ipayed 20 000 rupees. Only 2000 rupees is for the driver... The hotelreally explote their own people!!! I gave tip to the crew when Iarrived, I will never do it again!!!Never!!! The manager told me not topay tip to the driver nor to pay him for a drink or food. I am not usedto this attitude while they themselves accept tip with pleasure!!! It isreally unjustice and unfair!!! I never, ever will recommend this hotelto anybody!!! The manager do not have ethical attitude towards hispeople! Take care!!!
