Review 1：First of all it is not a hotel, you are basically on a farm, so loads of flies trying to get into your room. Windows are equipped with insects nets but you need to make sure you get in and out of the door quickly! they only take cash, no cards, at checkout.
Review 2：the bed was very good and we had some very good night's sleep. The air conditioning helps. the location was great, once you get your bearings right, you are literally minutes away from the beach a blend from some pretty cool sites like Loreto and Recanati.

Review 4：They talk only Italian (no English, no German, no French, no Spanish...), all the night the dogs were barking outside under the window, only one electrical socket in the room behind the TV, none in the bathroom!
