Review 1：The room temperature was 25 or more degrees even when set to cooler or off. It required opening the patio door to cool off and was uncomfortable for sleeping.

Review 2：The family suite was two rooms with plenty of space. The on-site restaurant was delicious. The hotel location is ideal for visiting Garda land and Lazise.

Review 8：The rooms were extremely noisy which made sleeping difficult. Breakfast staff were very disorganised and getting a coffee took up to 10 minutes every morning. The tables are very close together so if you're unfortunate like us to be joined everyday by smokers it's very uncomfortable when dining.

Review 9：The staff was very helpful and professional, nothing bad to say about the place which is away from main roads and very quiet which is important in Italy! Breakfast variety was excellent with a very friendly and accommodating chef.

Review 12：Shuttle bus not free to come back late from town, cost us 15€ Should be free and run for return in evening.breakfast coffee was like treacle, scrambled eggs and mushrooms were cold. Pillows in room hard and flat, need changing. Air conditioning - after complaining and being told was working, we had to fix our own patio door after realising the sensor was falling out. Mini bar could do with more water.

Review 15：The staff in restaurant and maître d Antonio were fantastic - the food and variety of dishes were second to none- The chefs appear to use local ingredients and what is in season- Very special - we looked forward to dinner each night and for 10 days sampled what real Italian food is . We also enjoyed local wines and olive oils.

Review 20：Everything was perfect. The staff were fabulous and incredibly accommodating and friendly. Valentino, the barman, had excellent knowledge on all wines! The food was amazing, and very reasonably priced. We couldn't fault anything, even the surprise bottle of bubbly in our room and glasses of champers with our first meal as a congratulations! Review 27：Location is its only downside: we didn't have a car and it's a good 45 minute walk down into the main town of Lasize. There is a shuttle service available at certain times of day but you have to adhere to a timetable to take advantage. We walked 2 out of 3 days, are both fit (and under 30) and got fed up of it and got a taxi on the third day.

Review 31：Great place a bit outside of Lazise in a rural area. Very quiet. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We had a family suite, two adjoining rooms. A bottle of champagne and a fruit basket were waiting for us upon arrival. Lovely! Since we had the family suite, we had free parking in the underground garage. The pool inside is nice. The wellness center below is very impressive. Staff was great! The breakfast was awesome with a crepes and omelette station.

Review 32：I could say nothing, but I prefer to point out something for possible other clients: - the location is not far from Lazise and the lake, but anyway isolated. Better to come by car. There is a private bus from the hotel, but of course it is not the same. - the spa, even very nice, gets very crowded during the half of the day (4-6pm) and, honestly, for my tastes during the afternoon there were too many noisy children. I know this depends from parents (also noisy sometime) and not from the hotel. Just as info. Personally I was a bit disappointed there was not real Finnish sauna (naturist sauna). As they have 4 saunas, they could leave the choice to clients. The price we paid for was not low at all, it was worth but I cannot also say it was a great deal (bed&breakfast Euro 140 per night in December).

Review 33：The SPA is indeed big and complete, with warm swimming pool, 4 kinds of sauna / steam bath, gym, tea room, relax room. some part of the facilities are just for the summer. Breakfast was absolutely complete, also for international standards. Restaurant not bad at all and prices were reasonable for the quality. The room (we took a large 'under-roof' room) was very large and comfortable with a big terrace, looking at the lake from far. Staff very nice and helpful. Our stay (3 days - one week end) was overall pleasant.

Review 35：We stayed for six nights at this hotel and I have to say I was positively impressed, The room was very clean and adequately sized, the spa area was very well equpped although I have to admit that I would have preferred it if the timings were slightly longer especially the gym area. What impressed us most however was the willingness of all the staff to help. Here I have to specifically mention two in particular both of whom served us on three occassions at the restaurant, Monia and Sergio....so so helpful, dedication and passion that made us dine at the hotel restaurant for three nights out of the six. Thanks so much. Overall, a great experience and we will surely return.

Review 56：We were given on the reception some tickets for towels in spa zone and were informed that if we will lose it so will need to pay deposit. The same information on the each floor and even in room. It's kind of strong pressure I would say, especially when you are not going to visit spa zone but still need to think about these tickets. Please, give it to them who needs it and I would suggest to reject this system and just use electronic one, when information will arrive from the spa zone to reception by stuff who will give this superspecial towels after checking the card of guest.

Review 57：We travelled by a car, so the location was not important, but it seems to be a little bit far from lake for the walking with bags. Room was big and comfortable, clean and cozy with great bathroom. It was pleasure to stay there. Good wi-fi signal and tasty breakfast with bakery, hot food and fruits.

Review 60：Location wasn't great for us as we didn't have a car and had to use the shuttle bus to get into Lazise for dinner and then a taxi back to the hotel (EUR 11), so we chose to eat in the hotel restaurant some days which was very expensive too. The lake was also too far to walk to. Breakfast buffet could have had healthier cereal options and more fresh fruit and service for coffee was a bit slow at times. Outdoor pool area is a bit small and the chairs quite uncomfortable as you couldn't adjust the back.

Review 61：All staff were super friendly at arrival and when you had any questions. Everything was kept clean, wellness area was relaxing and I loved the tea room with free tea, fruit and carrots. Dinner was of high standard and service exceptional. We had a great room on top with own roof terrace and the fridge was always stocked up with free drinks. The hotel is very quiet and intimate. There is free wifi and there are also 3 PC's available to use.

Review 64：The staff were slow and not attentive at all. One morning I waited for a coffee at breakfast and it never came! My room was very noisy (on the ground floor). The wellness area looks ok but there is way too much noise around the sauna, and one of the relaxation rooms was unavailable because it was being used for a meeting.
