Review 1：This hotel is diabolical value at the prices charged. It said in booking confirmation that there was cable TV and wifi in all areas. There were 8 local TV channels and wifi only in reception and dining room. When I asked to speak to the manager I was informed he was in his room and not to be disturbed! Bed was uncomfortable and furniture basic - no hangers. The pool looked nice but was closed. Food was adequate. An unpleasant experience. Checked out a day early even though had paid for extra night.

Review 10：I'm frequent traveller to Anuradhapura , this is the first time we stayed at heritage . Comparing to other hotels in the area , food was better and there seems to adequate staff .

Review 11：When we tried to directly book rooms over the management in colombothey said that there were no rooms available but in the website therewere rooms left. After the stay when we going to pay we got to knowthat there was a 50% discount on the rooms and we had just paid anextra amount of half a price pointlessly. I think the management shouldbe blamed on this matter. It is like they are robbing the customers.And a another thing was the pool tiles were lifted and my daughter gother feet cut due to it. Hope they fix it soon. And the wi fi does notwork at all.

Review 12：We loved the food over there and it was a beautiful scenery just outsidethe hotel.We could see four stupas in a row. It was a very pleasant andmind calming scenery.

Review 13：our room was very bad, dirty at arrival we had to ask for changing our bed sheets. big noise kept us awake until 12pm. location is far from everything, without a car it is a trap. hotel is old and not refurbished.

The wifi was down but your assistant manager made sure that communication was happening on his personal phone, which put my family in Canada at ease. The food was astounding and I wish I had more time to enjoy your spa.

Review 52：The Hotel is situated facing the tissa weva lake. In the evenings you can see the three stupas light up.its amazing.The Pool is massive. Rooms are good, definitely value for money and the food is really good , top notch

Review 54：After a busy hot day sightseeing. When you walk into the hotel, all you want too do is walk clothes and in all the pool. Great focal point of the hotel.

Review 55：The room given was next to the entrance to the hotel.so had no privacy on our balcony. Hotel was empty at the time of booking. Made no sence.

Review 57：Could make a few suggestions on relatively minor issues - no tissues, no bath mats or handtowels, shampoo in sachets not bottles, bar closed due to small guest numbers but should have been open.

Review 59：The place has a former communist feel about it. Old furniture, gigantic leather sofas, very old TV. But I guess some might find this charming (as a romanian I've had my fare share of commy places).

They called the restaurant where i had left my phone to make sure it's safe and made sure we had all we needed (tic-tucs, bikes, food) when we needed. Although it's quite far from the city centre that worked well for our bike journey around the temples - from the hotel we started on a lovely path around the lake.
