Reviews for Residence Villa Marina
Review 1:The appartment was described as for 5 adults with two bedrooms. In reality it was very small. One bedroom was narów and situated on attic, you can imaginacji the ceiling touching our heads. There were two beds - bunk bed, very unstable without collateral. In our bedroom there was only a small room window. In the livingroom room with kitchen a small window at the high of our knees. The entire building deserves renovation. By the was the Wells do not isolate to much so you can hear Your neighbours. Probably the good opinions are writen by guests who were lucky to rent the normal not attic apartemnts. The price is quite high. There is no shops or restaurants nearby. Except from the one by Villa.
Review 2:The Lady was waiting for us outside. We got all the usefull infos about were to park a car and WiFi. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
Review 3:Close to a busy junction so tricky crossing with small children.
Review 4:Great Manager who was really helpful on our first day and present in the mornings. Lovely old building with gorgeous shared pool that was never too busy and a great restaurant open all day, with fresh bread available to take up to the room for breakfast. Fantastic views all around particularly from our balcony - of both the sea and the old hilltop town.
Review 5:Wifi was very unstable and slow. A bit far from restaurants and beach. The apartment had signs of wear and tear and looked a bit dated. The shower curtains had a bad smell and were yellow/brown at the bottom.
Review 6:Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. It was quite big and never crowded. A part of the pool is perfect for smaller kids. Beautiful first floor. The apartment had a nice layout.
Review 7:Sewage water of kitchen was leaking a little. We didn't noticed to the staff, because it was not so serious and we stay only 2 days.
Review 8:The view from individual balcony and maison type room. The staffs are very kind and helpful.
Review 9:Great views from the balcony and a fantastic character building. Basic inside and needs restoration but for location character and fantastic staff I could not have been in a better place
Review 10:A bit noisy if the windows are opened. No tea-making facilities.
Review 11:Stylish old building.Very friendly and helpfull owner. Great view from the window. Nice swimming pool.

Review 14:A fantastic villa with great garden, swimming pool and 'cave' bar-restaurant. Magnificent views from your bed over the harbor, excellent treatment, more than we could expect.
Review 15:only two towel changes in 8 days is too little place is disorderly and has deferred maintenance
Review 16:nice friendly atmosphere friendly staff lovely swimming pool romantic place
Review 17:No private Beach. But an umbrella with 2 seats can be easily rented for15 eur at the beautiful hotel robinia Beach (left hand side of spiaggiad'oro), a 10 min walk from the hotel.
Review 18:Very beautiful 19th Century villa with a large Garden (Lots of palmtreesand exotic planst) and nice seaview. Very friendly and helpfull staff
Review 19:Our balcony area was a little tight for space - mainly due to the table being too big!
Review 20:The staff are very friendly and very helpful. There is a lovely atmosphere around the pool / restaurant area. We ate a few times in the restaurant, and thought it was excellent. The location is perfect - within easy walking distance of town, and a few hundred metres from train station. Also some nice restaurants in town.
Review 21:Awful room !! Looks like a poor pension with a cheapest furniture, amenities, towels, everything.. Sofa instead of the bed, small window. Terrible bathroom with a very very small shower cabin. No elevator. There is a kind of resto-bar on the beautiful territory of Villa, but again - equipped of a cheapest "canteen style" furniture and looks like a poor bar on the abandoned road in the middle of nowhere. Really pity... Not at all recommended at the required price !!
Review 22:Old style Italian Villa in the calm residential area of Imperia. Nice entrance gate and beautiful private garden with the safety parking places. E- assistance by the staff. All was perfect before you get to the room..
Review 23:beds are uncomfortable, very noisy rooms, thin walls, no windows in the bedroom or you cannot open it because of the bed
Review 24:swimming pool, staff, location
Review 25:The walls were rather thin so that when young children in the neighboring room were awake early, you knew it.
Review 26:Dani, the on-duty manager, was very friendly. She had tips that she passed on from other visitors, so there was no direct marketing. I could even learn some Italian with her. The facilities were excellent.
